We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riviera. Our room was spacious and comfortable (I was a little worried from the picture on the website which made the rooms look small) and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony and looking at the gorgeous view. One thing - this overlooks the lake, but the road runs between the hotel and the lake. The street noise is blocked well when the balcony doors are closed. Also, the reason I gave them a lower score for "welcoming" was that we rarely saw anyone at reception (we had to really look around to find someone to check us in, even though it was after the advertised check-in time), the bar or the spa facility. Finally, the Internet was weak and intermittant.
