Hotel Ricci - Genoa

The hotel was situated not far from one of the main railways stations in Genoa and also close to the main shopping area and to the old town and seafront. The managers / owners could not have been more helpful and friendly and gave us some good travel tips.

Quiet room. Breakfast was mainly of packaged food. Near Stazione Brignole. Very near Mercato Orientale. Fairly close on foot to most tourist sites. Be sure to walk along the nearby Corso Podesta for some great city views.

Perfetto per il viaggio economico

Nice stay in this hotel. The only service to improve is the quality of the breakfast, with many packed (not fresh or natural)things. To carry big luggage in the PRETTY SMALL elevator is a really challenge! But the elevator belongs to the building, not to the hotel.

Albergo in splendida posizione per andare a piedi in tutti i posti della città (Acquario, Carrugi, shopping); pulito e con personale gentile e disponibile. Se si va in auto bisogna considerare i parcheggi a pagamento (€ 2 l'ora dalle 8 alle 20 - se ti allontani €1,50) ma vale per tutta la città. A Genova è meglio andare in treno.

Ricci is a nice B&B in a good location, close to the city center and the Genova Brignole railway station. The room was small but clean. The breakfast consisted only in honey, jams, some cakes, juice and coffee, but it seems that's the typical Italian breakfast... The only problem was the noise coming from outside as the building was in process of consolidation or repair... The B&B staff was polite and helpful if asked. Overall it's a good deal quality vs. price.

Un posto piccolissimo, ma amicevole,pulito,buon accesso alla stazion e mezzi pubblici , abbastanza vicino al centro storico

A poco meno di 10 minuti dall'acquario di Genova, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria, camera molto bella e tranquilla, colazione a buffet molto ben fornito.

I stayed in a single room. Excellent quality for a two-star hotel, very clean and quiet. I suggest it to everyone that has to go to Genoa for working or just for fun. Just one little flaw: poor breakfast.

Excellent location. Excellent Hotel, surpassed most of the 3 star hotels Ive stayed at. Very clean, nice room, small but very modern. If I was staying in Genoa again this would be my choice. You get looked after very well by the two brothers who run the hotel.

Conveniently located within walking distance from the Brignole railway station. Very clean!

OK e pulita la camera! La stanza dove si fa collazione è povera (anche la collazione lo è).

Ottima posizione: a due passi da Genova Brignole. Stanza piccola ma funzionale, bagno molto bello.

At the second floor of an old building, without lift.

The hotel entrance is on the second floor and there is not elevator; there are many step to get there. The window of room is on internal court very small with wall to 3 meters. Room with two bed. The location in historical centre of Genova and the quiet.
