Royal Manotel - Geneva

I have ben in many hotels in geneva, but this is the best one. All of the employees are super compliant.rooms are great.Once a year I came to Geneve,my first choice will always be Manotel Royal.

It is over priced for the quality you get. I woundn't recommend it and woudn't return there again.

I prefere by far the Manotel Auteuil but it is a question of taste. The Royal is classic the Auteuil is trendier and design. With the pictures given it confused me. I thought I was reserving the other. I often go to Geneva.

Located near the train station but also close to a rather seedy area. fortunately, geneva isn't too big, and the nicer areas are also quite nearby (via metro/bus). other than the location, everything else was exceptional. easily the best hotel we stayed at over 1.5 months of traveling thru europe.

10 minute walk to the lakefront. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Polite and attentive staff. Clean room and bathroom. However, rooms are old fashioned and need updating. Hotel put together two single beds to create a double bed! What's that about? Surely they have queen and kings bed in Europe by now!

I stayed in Genèva almost 3 days. The service was perfect, the people very kind.The restaurant was too expensive. The breakfast wasn't included (it's a pity!)

This was a beautiful hotel. Well suited to any traveller. Not far from the main train station. They gave me a voucher for all of their restaurants (they own several hotels in Geneva). The Edelweiss restaurant was a short walk away, and was a great experience if you'd like a traditional Swiss meal. The food was delicious as well. As for my room - it was immaculate, with free internet included.

Gret hotel at great location - very near to Central station, lake, parking available, but the booking system did not give us possbility to book an extra bed in the room, though the information on the venere website showed that exra beds available, and hotel provided the bed at my request. Part of the rooms face the busy street (we were lucky to have the room facing the other side!) The room was bigger than we anticipated and appeared to be better than on photos!

I everytime subscribe the special newsletter on tripadvisor.com of our destinations, some weeks before our trips. So I found this hotel too, in walking distance to the lake and the old city of Geneve. I'm thankful to tripadvisor.com for this advice. The most spacious room, that we ever had! I wish, we had everywhere of the world so spacious, clean, well-equipped and big room. (The bathroom is cc. 8m2 and the room about 17 m2.) Some of the services provided by the hotel are near to 5-star-level. The hotel gives FREE travelcard for each day of your stay in Geneve! And the relationship between price/quality is unbeatable (we paid 115 €/night without breakfast). Definitely I would recommend it for everyone and turn back there.

This was more expensive than many hotels on our 3-country trip, but not by Geneva standards. Very clean and welcoming. Located an busy arterial and could be noisy with windows open, but walking distance from all the major attractions. Super market across the street was convenient.

Upon arrival the receptionist was not aware of my booking through Venere. While checking out, the front desk officer gave me the hotel bill with the different rate, I had to argue with him, he was not polite at all to the guess. Fortunately came another one who is willing to serve me in a better manner.

Except for the low signal of the wifi in my room (i had a room at the end of a corridor and have to open the room to have a steady signal) everything else is Excellent

The rooms are fantastic!

By train station.....five minute walk to old town. Very clean nice breakfast.
