The hotel is very close to the Geneve airport, unfortunately the indications for arriving there, in the web page, are not true. The hotel has not a restaurant service, but there are some good restaurants at the neighborhood.

The directions to the hotel (e.g. "take bus No. 28") and the map were awful. The place is close to the airport, but it wasn't well-explained how to get there. We took the No. 28 bus and even the driver had no idea where the hotel was located. Finally a €20 taxi ride got us there. The hotel does offer a reliable shuttle to the airport, starting at 5:30 am. The staff is nice and it was smooth after we arrived. The place doesn't look like a hotel, but rather an office converted into a hotel.

- Location is very close to the airport, no taxi would take me there due to that!!! - Make sure as soon as you arrive to go to the hotels corner in the airport, and have them call the hotel to send the pick up, as there is no shuttle as the sign outside the airpot indicates, but rather a car that they dispatch on request. - The carpet of the room was stained a lot, however the bedding was fine. - The concierge told me that the internet connection shuts down from 12:00 am to 5:00 am. Strange that they do that!!! One night I got disconnected at 12:00 am but another night there was continuous internet until I went to sleep (at least 2 am) - Location of bus stop is very close, and the multi-use transport card they provide is very convenient for moving in the city.

yiur website has incorrect directions should read- By public transport from airport,take bus no 10 in direction of onex cite and get off at third stop at the jonc stop. Hotel not suitable if you have mobility problems-no lift-28 steps from road to reception-16 steps from reception to first floor
