Epsom Manotel - Geneva

It was a beautiful hotel with great service. It was close to Lake Geneva, however, it was not close to many decent restaurants or the shopping area. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent, but expensive.

A very good and nice modern hotel, but unfortunatly, the room was very noisy because of the traffic and works in the street. If they put isolation on the windows, it wil be perfect.

Very nice hotel with a friendly warm reception on arrival. staff were excellant with a good knowledge of the area and were to go sightseeing, shopping etc. Our room was very clean with additions available, water, mini bar etc. Food and drink in the hotel were excellant and good value when you compare the surrounding resteraunts. Overall a very pleasant stay in a nice hotel and one i can recommend for all ages.

Due to the holiday season (Christmas) the hotel was calm and the guests few. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Newspapers available for breakfast. Business center with 3 computers. I asked for possibilities for massage. That request was not something the reception was used to handle. I later discovered that there was an excellent- albeit pricy - Massage and fitness center: "Dermalogica", just around the corner in Rue Amant.

Kitchen was excellent, both service and quality. Checking in as a couple, i expect to be greeted both aswell. This unfortunately is not lived upon by all employees. Wireless lan does not always work.
