Excellent hotel. Très beau, très belle piscine. Très tranquille. Mais il faut impérativement avoir sa voiture car assez loin de tout. Par contre idéalement placé pour visiter Vérone, Vicence, Padoue et Venise

This place was a VERY UNPLEASANT SURPRISE. It's a TRAP. Don't go there. No correspondence whatsoever with the photos and information on website. We do not understand how it can be classified as 4 stars. We had booked 2 nights and on arrival we cancelled the 2nd night immediately. The hotel is in an INDUSTRIAL AREA - we went in May and the pool was not in use and covered by an ugly plastic -making the entrance a very sad sight. When we asked the staff they treated us like we had a wild idea that in May in Italy a hotel pool could actually be in use or at least clean and presentable to people -they said the pool starts functioning onlya s per mid June ....but the website does not mention this detail. We had booked this place because of the nice-quiet surroundings and the pool. There was a smell of manure all around the area, a back road passes practically on the backyard of the hotel. The furniture in the room was old, stained and in a disastrous state- we did not use the closet so full of dust and broken down it was. The web says they offer internet service - there was no access nowhere in the hotel. Staff did their best to be helpful -breakfast ok - but Hotel is a NO - definetely not deserving 4 * - management has no idea of ''walking the talk'' -the claims on the website are MISLEADING, we felt we had been TAKEN FOR A RIDE - A FRAUD. We stayed only because we were too tired at the end of a long traveling day and without no other reservation but we cancelled 2nd night and found a much better location in the area.

The worst accommodation on our 5 week trip. Upon arrival, I was told I had to pay EUR15 per night for a baby cot, which was not advised anywhere on the site at the time of booking. After discussing with the desk personnel, I advised I'd rather leave than pay a charge of which I'd not been advised. I was told I'd have to pay a 1 night cancellation fee. So we agreed I'd stay one night, then leave early without additional charge. The room also had two single beds pushed together to form a double & I was told they had no true double beds (unlike the website photos). The next morning when I went to check out, I was told I'd have to pay for the second night also - but the baby cot was at no charge! So, we stayed the 2nd night, but needed to change rooms. We got lost on the way back to the hotel that night (nowhere to eat near the hotel), so called to ask for directions. We were told by the desk personnel that they didn't know the road names, but we were only 5 mins away. No help! Thankfully, on check out we were not charged for the baby cot but overall a very disappointing stay.

very nice location outside of Vicenza, pleasantly surrounded by working farms. Easy drive into Vicenza, a little less pleasant drive into Padova. Restaurant was not open every night of our stay, but was of mixed quality the one night we tried it. We had finer breakfasts elsewwhere in comparably priced hotels. Generous bottle of free wine from hotel chain's own vineyards (elsewhere in Italy) and free bottled water were nice touches.

Bona situació, jardí i piscina. Habitació molt correcta. Caldria millorar l'atenció del personal, encara que n'hi ha d'amable. El que és plenament millorable és l'esmorzar! Molt recomanable com a base per explorar vàries localitats del Veneto molt interessants.

This is a beautiful hotel which is good value for money but we checked out early because it wasn't for us. The church bells from the nearest village kept us awake, the restaurant was too expensive for us (two courses approx €30) and it was not possible to go for a walk from the hotel (no paths, nothing in walking distance). But I don't want to give too bad an impression - if you want a hotel in the middle of nowhere and can afford the restaurant it is a beautiful hotel with a nice pool. We went to Asolo instead which was absolutely wonderful.

Nice hotel in a beautiful villa in the countryside, painting on the walls at the frontdesk , it looks like a Palladio Villa. Our double room had a very beautifull marble bathroom. Breakfast was nice too, and we could have it outside on the terrace. We had a double room for 115 eruos in May , and the 2 singles were a good value 70 euros each even thought less nice than the double. It was too cold for swimming, the pool was a good size; We didn't try the restaurant .

Hotel ideally situated for exploring the Palladio villas, Vicenza, Treviso, Asolo, Bassano and Venice. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Breakfast on the poor side and the menu very basic if not poor in choice. Group travellers were better provided with food than individual guests.

We stayed two nights at Villa Tacchi, a grand contry villa hotel and conference center. During our stay there was a large conference of medical professionals, so the place was quite busy. It was a bit off the beaten path to find, and not really close to too many attractions – mostly a place to recover and restore. Quiet country setting. The dining room was a surprise. Very good food served with style.

Very nice Villa in a beautiful park with pool just outside Vicenza. You need a car which will also allow you too tour all the marvellous sights around. The public areas and our room were spacious, very nicely furbished and clean. The breakfast buffet wasn't breathtaking and the lady preparing the coffee wasn't overly friendly, but no problem - would return happily!

The staff speak only Italian language, their English knowledge is very poor. They don't offer any vegetables for breakfast. Note: they didn't give the promised discount!!!

Beautiful villa surrounded by an enchanting garden with great display of trees. The room was a little tight, but very comfortable anyway. The dinner absolutely superlative. Not the same for breakfast.

The only itch was the dining facilities. Although the dinneing room offered and excellent menu and service the first night, on the second day there wwas a private party and the only avalable meal was a buffet to be shared with a dressed up group wher we had not way to blend to. Other then that this hotel is a 4 stars at all point of view.
