The welcoming was great and all the employees were kind, helpful and friendly. The relax area was beautiful and the breakfast very satisfactory. They gave us even free bus tickets and a lot of discounts here and there in town. Do you wanna go to Garmisch? Go to the Roter Hahn!

The hotel staff was excellent. The hostess spoke both German and English, provided brochures and maps for travel in the area, provided directions and recommendations, and even set us up with a guided tour of the village with a local Garmish gentleman for 5 euros/person. She was also very hospitable and personable all the time. The parking area was located directly behind the hotel and easily accessible at no cost. The location was quiet and within easy walking distance of the village area. The room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable and huge for two people. The breakfast was good and the dining area clean, quiet, and hospitable. In the morning it was only a 10 minute drive to ski on the mountain. I would go back again.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Later arrivals are possible only on request. Please contact the hotel.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
