Friendly and helpful staff, especially at the reception desk. We really appreciated the complementary chilled glass of wine when we arrived.

This was the first time I had booked holiday accomadation via internet. The Venere site was helpful and I felt confident with it. The hotel exceeded my expectations and the staff were wonderful. They were extremely helpful with my special requirements. My holiday was made special by the care of the staff. I was very impressed by every aspect of the Hotel Imperial and recommend it and Venere without hesitation.

I was attending the wedding of a friend in Lake Garda, I had never been before and we had trouble booking a hotel for the time of year the wedding was on as it was a bank holiday. We could not get any four star hotels available so we decided since it was a short stay that a three star would do. I have to say having stayed in many a three star hotel around europe and Ireland this was certainly one of the better one. The location was perfect although no views directly of the lake it did have beautiful views on the mountains surounding the town of garda and you could see the sea in the distance but we were on the top floor! I would also say that the gardens and the pool area were delightful very nice and really well kept the bar was open for snacks and drinks until midnight every night and the breakfast well what can I say it's continental so you get what you get at all eurpopean hotels but was quite good and service was good too. I have to say that I would definetly recommend the hotel to anyone staying although the rooms are small they have everything you need and a lovely balcony with a view too. Please make sure that you book a room with a garden view and ask for as high as possible as the view is worth the extra €10 cost really. Overall garda was a fantastic spot to stay in plently of restaurants cafes and bars and great access to lake garda by boat to visit all the surronding towns which are a real must!

This is a lovely clean modern hotel with very friendly staff. We booked bed-and-breakfast so we could make the most the numerous local restaurants, though the majority of guests seemed to be half board. The breakfast was basic but adequate - fried and scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, cold meat, cake etc. and a selection of cereals, buffet style. The hotel can provide a bus service to the airport, cost us 50 Euros to Brescia (taxi was 90 Euros). For a 3 star hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the high standards and facilities offered. And the location is very good too. An excellent base for exploring the lake.

Owner was a real gentleman and very kind and helpful. We were a passing-by trip and we had only time for 2 nights. hotel was good and no anty complaint of that. I can really recommend this hotel for every person. There is only 200 meters from village center to hotel. The place of hotel is very good. The hotel has also a good looking swimming-pool and I hadn't time to test it.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights in June 2008, having booked it at very short notice. The location is excellent, a very short walk to Garda town and the lake. Most of the guests were elderly or couples. It is not really suitable for children. Our room had a balcony and overlooked the pool area but was still really quiet. The air conditioning was a 'must' as the weather was particularly hot. It was spotlessly clean and the bedding and towels were changed regularly. We stayed on a bed/breakfast basis. The food was good. All the public areas were very clean, bright and airy. The staff, especially the young lady on Reception, were extremely helpful. Trips to local markets and transfers to and from the airport, arranged by the hotel, were well organised and inexpensive. We have stayed in the area several times and our stay at at the Imperial certainly ranks as one of the best and we will certainly stay again.

We booked only lodging but after comparing the lake-side restaurants with the offered Hotel dinner we decided to eat here: excellent cooking, very fast and attentif servants, very good price! This Hotel is a very good choice for singles and families, nice pool area and only 5min from the Lake Garda Promenade!
