Hotel Bisesti - Garda

The Bisesti was a lovely homely hotel. Very suitable for mature people or family groups. it is very central with pleasant and welcoming staff. The only suggestion one might make is perhaps to have a refrigerator in the room. It is a hotel that we would use again if holidaying in Garda.

Due to unforeseen circumstances my wife and I had to cut short our stay in this hotel by 3 days . And guess what? The hotel management didn't hesitate one second to let us go without charging us for the pre-booked room. Thanks again all the people in Hotel Biseti. The room has aircon which was very pleasant and useful as it was extremely hot during our stay. My wife and I enjoyed the stay at Hotel Biseti and we are sure other guests will do so too.

Not on the lake front, but pretty close, and we had a room with two balconies, which was lovely. Would recommend this hotel; good value for money. We were not on the half board deal; we had booked independently but the one evening meal we had was not good, compared with all the lovely restaurants locally both in Garda and elsewhere (Riva, Salo Sirmione). Great swimming pool - good size and almost always pretty empty. But as a hotel to explore Garda its a good choice

We found our stay at the Bisesti Hotel to be very enjoyable. It was well priced, the rooms spotlessly clean, the breakfast buffet always fresh and well stocked, the receptionists always helpful and welcoming. The housekeeping and waiting staff were second to none, always smiling and polite. If I were ever to return to Garda, which I might when I'm about 50 years older, I would without a doubt stay at this hotel. Garda itself is more suited to an older type of visitor, however the hotels location to shops, bars and cafes is excellent. A big thumbs up!!

There was two extra beds that we never used. double room with a "balcony" that stretched over two rooms that we could use to sit on. Good and clean bathroom good with english TV very good 5 days

Room was a little on the small size. No tea making facilities a definate disadvantage. Staff were very polite and helpful.

We chose this Hotel as it had most of what we were looking for (Central location, Pool & Deck Chairs, etc.)- only the lack of Air Conditioning put us off. Hotel just inside the town, on the right (from south) with parking. We checked into our double room which was quite large (contained double & single bed). It was a very humid day & we found the room very stuffy, despite open window. We went down to arrange Safety Deposit box located beside the Reception (€2 a day - requires 2 keys, one key with reception) & overheard someone just entering the hotel requesting a room with Aircon. We asked the Receptionist about this & she said the twin rooms (which are slightly smaller) were fitted with Aircon (Hotel had been our first choice, but with no Aircon had put us off & we tried looking elsewhere for accommodation, we only choice this hotel when we could not find another to our liking, we would have booked straight away if we had known & were assured of Aircon!) She found a room available & we moved into this room (also had a tiled floor, instead of Carpet!) All rooms had shutters helping keeping the suns light & heat out. TV had Sky/BBC/CNN (English). Shower is little cramped (Light switch located IN shower which means it gets wet! Also should replace showerheads with ones that spray down instead of outwards (reducing spray that hits the floor), but room was comfortable & clean. Restaurants (x2) are nice & very reasonably priced. Breakfast was Cereals, fruit(tinned), Yogurt, Croissants, bread, cheese, meat, Tea, Coffee, Chocolate or Cappuccino. Internet available (€0.10c per min/€6 per hr) located in a booth beside reception (very hot), however I was unable to print from this PC. The best thing about this Hotel is most definitely the Staff who were always friendly, courteous & helpful. Overall we very happy with this choice, Hotel is situated very close to the promenade (2 min walk) where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, etc.
