METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations should be made on Venere at LEAST 24 HOURS before your expected arrival time. If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first nights accommodation cost. Where a booking deposit has been paid, this will be non-refundable.
