Buen servicio, buena comunicación con el parque de Futuroscope. Hotel muy recomendable. Habitación para 4 personas espaciosa y muy buena relación calidad-precio. Lo recomiendo a todas aquellas familias que quieran ir a Futuroscope.

A really nice hotel - not in most picturesque surroundings but was only being used as an overnight stop between two locations - no restaurant which would have been welcome but eating places nearby - our only complaint would have been the fact that there was only one person at reception on our arrival so we had to wait for quite a long time to book in. Everything else first class and would be happy to recommend hotel to friends and family - lastly they have very good local and regional tourist leaflets and brochures.

Wi-Fi not operating from 9:00p till next morning. No assistance from front desk (we will call the maintenance). One towel torn in the bathroom. Restaurant bill to be paid separately from the hotel bill.

The room is very nice, so is the reception of the hotel. The swimming pool is nice, but we were unable to find the jaccuzzi! They were badly organized for the breakfeast (there was not enough employees) and they couldn't receive us for dinner whereas half of the dinnig room was empty. But the room is really, really nice!
