First time in Funchal and in Jardins d´Ajuda. Great place. Great hotel in good location. Everything worked well. It was worth of price. Good service.

This is our 3rd stay-twice as couple and once with grandchildren. Hotel suits ages and all types of people and have always had the same standard of service. The receptionists are extremely helpful,speak most languages and are a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is in a lovely district of Funchal with it's own shopping complex, numerous restaurants, cafes and costal amenities.

La chambre qui est en fait une petite suite était très agréable bien qu'un peu vieillote et les matelas et oreillers sont un peu durs. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.
