This is our 3rd stay-twice as couple and once with grandchildren. Hotel suits ages and all types of people and have always had the same standard of service. The receptionists are extremely helpful,speak most languages and are a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is in a lovely district of Funchal with it's own shopping complex, numerous restaurants, cafes and costal amenities.

La chambre qui est en fait une petite suite était très agréable bien qu'un peu vieillote et les matelas et oreillers sont un peu durs. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday. Late check-out is subject to a €25,00 charge per room.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Cots are free of charge for children up to 2 years old.
Use of the in-room safe is subject to a daily charge of €2,00.
Wireless Internet access and use of the Internet Point are subject to charges; details on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show or late cancellation we'll charge the
total amount from the credit card.
On the 24/12 and on the 31/12, the prices for the rooms include the Gala Dinner
held on those days.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
