Vitalhotel Wiedemann - Bad Faulenbach, Füssen

Very comfortable in a quiet area. Short walk to the heart of this beautiful town.

Clearly a 'sanatorium' hotel for the German healthcare system for most of the year. No locks on the bathroom doors, assistance call buttons galore, etc. But, perfect for our needs (couple + child in a 4-person room). Walking distance to the center of town via a pleasant riverside path. Our only complaint was being required to pay the per-person room tax for 4 people despite our being only 3 people (2 adults 1 child). The hotel claimed it was a 4-bed room (actually 2x single with double fold-out couch) and it was required to pay the room tax on the quantity of beds not guests. I am certain this is bogus and doubt greatly whether the local government gets the empty bed tax levied by the hotel. But, we were there one night and the tax was only EUR 1,60 per person (bed) so not worth fussing over,

The hotel is really nice.It seems to be in a fairytale. The room is spacious and clean.We had a room with the balcony... wondeful. THe hotel staff was helpful. I think they should care more Italian breakfast.We found very few sweet foods.We would recommend this hotel for those who are looking for relax

Beautifull and excelent hotel actually the family room (2 Adults and 2 Kids) is excelent, the rooms are big and very good design, the only trouble whith this hotel is to very complicated to arrive because the adress actually is imposible to most of the GPS sistems.

Was hard to find even with a Satnav accommodation was fine though

Ideale per chi vuole visitare Fussen (facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 5 min.) ed i castelli. Tranquillita assoluta. Camere ampie e pulite. Colazione migliorabile.

Nice, clean hotel - good sized rooms. Little difficult to find - directions on website aren't sufficient. Dinner and breakfast were good.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very clean spacious rooms for our family of 5 with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Close to all amenities and an adequate breakfast. Fussen is a lovely place to visit and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff friendly and helpful.

It take 5minute and 6euro from railway station to the hotel by taxi.
