Our stay at Hotel Kurcafe was very enjoyable and truly met our expectations of welcoming Bavarian hospitality. The staff were exceedingly helpful and pleasant and the hotel surrounds accorded with its position in the heart of lovely Feussen. Our only concern was the paucity of space in our room, which included a 'sofa bed', for three people. There was little space for our luggage, however, two persns wold be easily accomodated. The bathroom was modern, large and very inviting. Overall, our one night stay was enjoyable, the resturaunt delightful, and we would visit again. Highly recommended for a couple.

We had a rough trip getting to the hotel and we arrived late at night and had the most incredibly warm welcome - thank you Fanny who gets our #1 wonderful person award. The hotel was wonderful, breakfast spectacular, loved the restaurant, staff outstanding. Our experience was just over the top, thank you Kurcafe! Room was perfect for our family of 5.

This hotel provided excellent service and a lovely room. We arrived at 11:30 Sunday morning, hoping just to store our luggage before visiting the nearby castle. Katrina allowed us to get into our room right away. Lots of modern appointments, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was superb, featuring 3 kinds of eggs, bacon, cereal and German coldcuts, as well as pastries from their excellent pastry shop adjoining the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding. They made a reservation for the castle tours, which saved us at least an hour standing in line. The breakfast was great, lots of choices. The location was very central, an easy walk across the street into the old town. Our only complaint was the room was hot due to a heatwave, but manageable once the sun went down.

It was a LITTLE pricey -- but the room was quite spacious and the breakfast was to die for. Staff were excellent.

This is a great hotel. By far they had the best breakfast in all of Europe. We spent almost a month traveling around Europe and by far Hotel Kurcafe had the biggest and best breakfast spread. The hot pretzel bread is amazing. The hotel is located very close to the Füssen train station. We got in on the last train and the hotel clerk was waiting for us to check in. The room are modern and clean. We took a cab to the castles in the morning. That evening, after hiking around the castles, we walked back to the hotel. It took about 45 - 60 min and it was all down hill on a sidewalk. It totally worth it. Hiking the trails behind Neuschwanstein Castle is amazing. Some of the most picturesque views we had all trip. Füssen is great and Hotel Kurcafe is wonderful. Did I mention the amazing breakfast?

L'hotel è centralissimo e molto bello.

I liked the hotel and would consider using it again. We stayed one night. We were at the front of the hotel and there is some noise from the road. However, it's a small town and not that busy. I wasn't disturbed enough to request a room change. Breakfast was okay, dinner was better.

We were totally excited to find out there was a full fledged bakery operating on the ground floor of this hotel. We put our bags in the room and went right for the treats. Our room wasn't clean from the last guest when we arrived but they quickly cleaned it up. The room was comfortable but small. The bedding made our sleep nice and toasty. The bathroom was small as well, but the floor in the bathroom was heated which was nice because it was raining and hailing outside and we really needed to warm up.

The breakfast was very good, high quality and choice. The room was a little noisy because it looked at one of the town main streets.

Breakfast was one of the most meager we had on this trip-I expected more. We would stay here again but would eat breakfast elsewhere. No lift!

Very nice hotel with beautiful views of the town and mountains surrounding. A bit noisy as it is right on the main street. The room was of very high quality. The only disappointing feature was the breakfast. It was advertised until 10am but at 8.45am there was no bacon or eggs and I was told no more would be cooked!!
