It was a lovely town, and the Hotel was in a good position, but for those not 100% fit, there were a lot of steps up to the town from the railway station. The website showed a courtesy tray, and I rang to check if there was one, as we like to make an early morning cup of coffee. I was told there was, but luckily we took our own kettle, as there wasn't one in our room!We had a nice balcony, and it was easy travelling into Rome, and cheap,€1.90 each way.We would certainly go again, as there is so much to see in the surrounding area, easily accessible by public transport.

The room was rather noisy. It was difficult to identify the sourse of the sound, but it should have come from a technical utility (ventillation). It was continous and monotonous. This constant noise was varied by the traffic in the street from early morning till 10 p.m. The single plated windows didn't isolate sound. For breakfast don't ask for cappuccino; it was the worst I ever had ion Italy! On the other hand the staff was friendly and helpful. Don't go to have coffee in the Belvedere caffee next to the hotel either. The coffee was good, but the staff under every standard. Besides of two coffee ordered we received only one glass of water (why they brought it if they they have only one glass?) and made us pay 6 Euros. When we asked why they said that it is because of the service, but refused to give a detailed bill.

I enjoyed my stay in Frascati at Hotel Cacciani. My room was adequate and also had a small patio overlooking the valley. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the whole town.

beautiful, still "real" frascati site, with a wonderful view of the hills around and villa Aldobrandini. It is just in the best place of Frascati

Excellent hotel right in the centre of this vibrant town with parking outside the door. The family who run this hotel are very friendly and helpful. Two minutes walk to the railway station if you're travelling into Rome. Breakfast excellent compared with other places we stayed in in Italy.

We had a pleasant stay in Frascati. The city is one the last true Italian areas untarnished by over-tourism. The town offers great food, wine and cultures. My tip is to forget the restaurant in the hotel and go across the street to Nef. The meal was ok at the hotel-restaurant but it lacks the ambience and spirit of other restaurants in Frascati.

The standard of this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were small, in need of upgrading, not particularly clean and had no air conditioning. The staff were unhelpful, especially at breakfast where the cleaner served tea/coffee in an annoyed manner. The breakfast was very poor, rolls, cakes and jam. The pictures and description of the hotel on the website show no resemblance to the actual hotel. We stayed in 4 other 3 star hotels during our stay in Italy and this one was by no means of the same standard, I would award this hotel a 1-2 only.

Great place to stay outside of Rome. Train station is across the street, which made it very convenient.

A nice place to stay, but the breakfast can be better. When arriving a little late or the first at the breakfast there was no bread, only cake. But for the rest a perfect place to stay.

We can't thank Venere enough for representing this wonderful little hotel..and we can't recommend strongly enough for travelers to stay at the Giadrina di Cacciani and commute by train each day from Frascati to destinations in and around Rome...this one is truly a precious jewel.

I arrived fairly late some time after 10 p.m. - the door was locked, I was not given much of a welcome and told my room no. and that was it! I asked about eating and was told that the restaurant was closed but was not offered any alternative suggestions. The next morning in the fairly austere breakfast room, either at 8.00 a.m. almost everyone else had eaten or there was not much to eat. I was given coffee and asked to sign a form (which I assume was the comfirmation that I had stayed there) and that was it. No goodbye's, thank you for your visit, have a nice day or anything - I did not see anyone else and let myself out of the still locked door. Almost like a do it yourself ghost hotel! It just seemed a bit odd. but as I say, the room was fine and was spotless which was the most important thing.
