very close to the main railway station and city centre.nothing particular in the area but some pubs/restaurants.regular breakfast included and staff not particularly friendly or welcoming just the basics

It is comfortable short-stay hotel, very close to the central station of Frankfurt.

Cheap and Nice place to stay to roam around city with Free breakfast offered which was good enough.only 5 mins walkable to central station.

Definitely one for the student backpacker or someone who needs just a night's sleep before making for the train station only round the corner. This is NOT a luxury hotel but perfectly clean, convenient and cheap.

Hotel Pension Alpha is just what I needed because after a long flight from Argentina, all I wanted was a clean and quiet room and a comfortable bed to sleep. Breakfast was all right. A little soft background music would have been nice. What surprised me were the shared bathroom which was for both men and women. Only for this reason I wouldn´t return there.

Large modern bathroom. 3 small but very clean beds.Loud street noise. No a/c so needed windows open. 10 mins walk from Hauptgarden Station.Took train to airport after reasonable included breakfast.Good value compared with others. Stayed1 night because of early a.m. departure. Walked to river & ate dinner at cafe along bank.

Atracts tourists who are want to be in the centre of Frankfurt, in a cheap but acceptable place which offers the breakfast within its price per night. I stayed 3 nights altogether. Pension Alpha is really spotless!! The cleaning team does a great job, as well as the service for the breakfast. The receptionists are friendly too :)

It,s what it promises to be. Nothing great just functional. Location suitable for railway users.

I went in this hotel during a weekend in Frankfurt. I was expecting worst, due to the price and location, but I was surprised. The room is not so big, but it's clean, quiet (my room was on internal side) and the bathroom was ok: small, but the shower was big for the overall size of the room (no risk to touch the shower's walls while having shower). The area is not the best, it's close to the station, but it is in a road directly in front of the South entrance of the Frankfurt main station, 2 minutes and 30 seconds from it, where there are also taxi and bus stop, so there is no risk coming back late. So I recommend this hotel!

Excellent Value for money. The room was clean and spacious. A breakfast was also included in price.

One of the hotels with the poorest quality I've ever stayed. The only advantage is its proximity to the train station. Bath water cold to luckwarm; bad sound insulation; hotel staff did not inform about the wireless connection and there was no information card in the room; high stairway w/o lift; poor building facade.

We spent 3 days at the hotel and on two of them we took trains out of Frankfurt to other towns. The location was spectacular for this kind of purpose, just a few minutes walk from the main train station. The breakfast was also a nice touch with a nice selection. When we arrived one of the beds was filthy. I called the front desk and they cleaned it up in just a couple of minutes. After that no problems.

It is in good location, only 3 mins walk from the railway station.easy to find.my single room was in very good conditions, clean and tidy. even with two small beds. buffet for the breakfast was good! and can use the hair dryer free. i like the place.

I only wanted to sleep to take the train next morning. The location is perfect for the train station, the breakfast is ok. The only problem was that they opened my room while i was having breakfast, not nice.

Good sides: quiet rooms and honest breakfast. Bad sides: world's most unfriendly staff at the lobby and a not that clean shared showers.

We have stayed with a small kid for two nights. During the day there were some works in the hotel, quite noisy, but night was ok. Very near to the station, a bit long walk to the centre, in a multi-kulti area. Surprisingly good breakfast! Good choice for the money. Very friendly staff (earlier check-in, leaving luggage possible).

very usefull if you arrive by train. the price is really cheap. there was some works in one of the 2bathrooms but they didn't close that room. quite noisy since of traffic.

clean, comfortable and in a nice area. good breakfast too. walking distance to many attractions and REALLY close (100m) to the train station and ryanair shuttle to/from Frankfurt Hahn airport. not particularly "fun" but very correct and clean.

A place highly recommended for students or just to spend a couple of nights, very near from the City Center and close to the Main Railway Station.

I only stayed for one night, and thought that the hotel Alpha would be okay because of the price... But I was a bit disappointed about the state or rather the cleanness of the room. But the breakfast the morning after was really good, so all in all I was satisfied.
