We enjoyed out stay at the National Hotel in Frankfurt. Location to train station was just across the street which was great especially during the winter time. Also the price was excellent, truly a four star or better hotel.

Nice simple hotel, mostly friendly staff. Very well situated. However, I find it hard to believe that this is a four star hotel. I've stayed at much better 3 star hotels.

Very good relationship quality/price; perfectly located near the central station; kind and professional staff. Room very small; bed too small as a double size, but comfortable; room quite noisy (we could hear the voices coming from the next room).

Not bad, since I've paid a discounted price for the room (but this is no way a **** hotel...) However the hotel has a very convenient location (close to public transportations & 15min from city center on foot)

Not the usual tatty hotel you find very near the railway station. Not luxurious but my inside room was surprisingly quiet though there was some outside work starting early. Free drink on arrival and excellent breakfast.

The hotel is located just in front of the main railway station. If you need a place for 1 night (e.g. between two flights) this place is good enough. The way into the city (sightseeings) is short and comfortable to walk. If you want to stay longer than 1 night, I would recomend to search for some better (and cheaper) place.

the hotel is fine, nothing special though. i would recommend it for short stays only. it is next to the hauptbahnhof which is very convenient. the staff was very nice and helpful.

I must say followings: At the departing day, I left my two suitcases to the hotel front at where an old man usually stands, in order to visit some museums. When I came back to Hotel, it seemed no problem for my suitcases. But, I found in a few minutes at Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof, that the (numbering)key which binds my big suitcase is disappeard. Somebody had broken down it, so that he(she) would open my suitcase. That was as a horror movie. I would inform to policeman, but had no time to travel further. It must be inspected!!! By the way, I must say that I studied in Germany for a long time and can speak good German and am now teaching at a university in my home country

very convenient to the train station and a pleasant walk to many sites, including the opera house, history museum, and the river. Very good value. Free use of internet in lobby--two terminals. Double doors on rooms. Very nice bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel itself is wonderful. It's modern, clean, conveniently located to the train station, and walking distance to the old town. There are alot of restaurants (from casual to nice) nearby. My only complaint would be the noise from the streets. Since there is no central air conditioning, the windows needed to be opened. Unfortunately for us, some big event must have occurred that night because alot of cars were honking their horns most of the night.

THe hotel is convenient, clean, compact, good breakfarst. It is good enough quality to the price. However Bed is small and not hard for the good sleep. That is further expectation.

We had a wonderful stay. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was all we could ask for. We were on the street side so heard some noise but everything else more than made up for the noise. We'll definitely stay there again if we return to the city.

The location of the hotel is near to the main train station and to the bus stop of the shuttle from the city to the Frankfurt Hahn airport. The quotation (with Venere)and the correspondence between price/quality was good even if I would never choose this hotel at the full price because rooms and furnitures are a little bit old (for a 4 star hotel). To get to the city centre you have to walk trough the red light quartier.

Staff was overly friendly and helpful with orientating guest to city. free internet and one free welcome drink was included, as well as a good breakfast. very close to train station, literally within 3 min. Map was good, but written directions would have been nice. great price performance!
