Nice hotel for travellers - still especially for big groups on holidays (as schools , tours ,etc.) . Perhaps not the most indicated for business trips . THE BIGGEST AND GREATEST BREAKFAST BUFFET I HAVE EVER SEEN IN ANY CASE !!

First time travel to Frankfurt. Loved the city. Hotel offered free shuttle service FROM airport, then charged 5 Euros to return to airport each person. Breakfast was WAY over charged. Room was small but fine, but the shower stall had very slippery floor when wet

Was ok for a place to stay the night before departing Germany, but it really was just very basic. The fitness room was not much at all & the universal system was in bad repair.

The hotel is very professionally run and well-organised to cater for travellers. Let's be honest, it's an airport hotel, you're not planning to stay there for a week, unless you enjoy hanging out in the semi-industrial suburbs of Frankfurt. ALthough relatively close to the airport, the hotel is too far to walk, so you need to take the shuttle bus. It only goes every 30 minutes and the bus stop at the airport is rather hard to find. My elderly parents also stayed here and they found it excellent.

The hotel offers a daily airport shuttle running every 30 minutes from/to the terminals of the Rhein-Main-Flughafen airport. Travel time is approx. 6-8 minutes, starting at 4.45 a.m. in front of the hotel with the last run from the airport at 0.30 a.m.
The hotel offers its guests a free public transport ticket.
