I reserved 4 nights by email, at the second night of my stayng I had to come back to my country urgently and I cancelled the other two remanent nights. Normally The hotel had to charge me the 80% of the all staying, but they charged me the 100% because they told that it was fair period. I read the political of cancellation and I show tham that they were mistaken. We arrived to the point that they told me to refound the 20%. But afte 20 days I found a refound of 60 euro. While they were supposed to give me 120 euro back. I telephone and the answer was that the 20% was on thw 2 cancelled nights. They are theafs and very very bad people. I payed 600 euro to have dirty room, bad breakfast, and the worst service of my life! Be carefull with this hotel. They stole my money !!!!

Good location with convenient rail access and restaurants within walking distance. Triple room included 3 comfortable twin beds and ensuite bath. Pleasant, clean with no negative surprises. Tiny elevator (standard for Europe) from street level to reception. Public areas are small. Breakfast is very nice. We used as our first night in Europe to rest from the international flight before traveling on and it was ideal.

Lovely hotel; excellent location; the very courteous and knowledgeable staff were always ready to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is very central,few steps to the train station and Zeil shopping center just around the corner. Staff were quite serious looking but friendly.Breakfast was excellent. The place is well secured, you feel very safe.Nice place to stay.

You should get free Wi-Fi for your gests. It was my first time in Frankfurt, but I will back, and I will use your service.

Very loud surroundings, but smack in the middle of the action! Small rooms, nice breakfast and employees.

Room was too warm (heated up during day). Risky to open windows fully at night because of escape ladder which could also invite burglars. Entrance to hotel is only through a miniature lift, which can be a bottleneck. I had gotten free internet on one day by a kind receptionist. The next day, however, another receptionist questioned in an inquisitorial way why this had been free - I found this was bad customer relations and as if they were going to go after the generous receptionist. Otherwise, breakfast was good and plentiful. Good hotel location right by the main shopping mall and Hauptwache S-Station.

We were a group of three girls who were in Frankfurt for the Christmas Markets. The hotel was literally just across from one of the exits for the underground. So it was extremely accessible. Just around the corner from the Hotel were the christmas markets so we had everything we needed on our doorstep so to speak. The staff were very friendly and even humoured us with our pathetic attempts to speak German. The rooms were spacious, clean & warm. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of cereals, fruits, breads, meats, eggs & cheeses. There were some fabulous restaurants & small German pubs nearby ( Ratskellar Restaurant is definately worth a visit with its fabulous interior & €14 all you can eat buffet!!!) I would definately highly recommend anyone to stay at this lovely hotel especially if they are interested in the Christmas markets & shopping.

confused hauptbahnhof for hauptwache, so it was a bit of a hike from the trainstation, but when we got there, it was well worth it. A much nicer part of town, and only a 15 minute walk from trainstation. Zentrum is right across the street from a S-bahn stop anyway, so getting to the airport early was no problem. Friendly staff, and very central to great resaurants and easy walk to the river.

Ideal location, a few steps from the Hauptwache subway stop that you can get to directly from the aiport, close to historical sites & a major shopping area. Felt completely safe as a solo woman traveler. Very friendly reception. Good breakfast.
