Generally happy with my stay, staff were pleasant and helpful, without actually going out of their way to help (we asked about restaurants in the area and were told "try the side streets, there's usually something down there"). Rooms were nice and clean, our request for rooms at the back of hotel was honoured - these rooms were quite small, but not enough to make you claustrophobic. My TV remote didn't work (appeared to be for a different TV), but I'm sure if this had bothered me enough to ask about it the staff would have provided a new one. Breakfast was decent, a nice selection of different foods, certainly disappointed in this respect! The area was pleasant and in a good location (easy to get to by car from the airport and not too far from town).

An inexpensive alternative compared to other hotels in Frankfurt with clean rooms and private baths. Rooms facing the back of the hotel are very quiet. Double rooms are spacious enough while single rooms are quite small. Unfortunately, I experienced bad service. Prior to my stay and within the cancellation period, I called to change my reservation. The hotel staff forgot to note my change and charged me an additional day on arrival. The manager initially refused to talk to me. It took me a very long time to get my money back from the hotel.

Generally very happy with hotel. The room overlooked the main road and was noisy. If I was staying for longer than two nights I would have asked for a room at the back.
