the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the rooms are narrow and noisy and badly need redecorating - or at least a good scrub.

Very close to rail station which was great and not in red light district. The person working at reception sent my daughter and I on an amazing walk around Frankfurt where we saw great sites. We were shocked that we saw so much in the afternoon we had. This is however a 3 star, and the massage sign in the room was a bit disquieting. Also it was hot without a/c. I would not go with my entire family, but would probably go back if just with one kid.

As others have noted, the employees are great! They really make you feel welcome. The WiFi, however, is not available in the upper floors of the hotel.

The hotel was just a few steps from the train station, easy to find and to walk to. It is also possible to walk to the main shopping area by feet. People at the hotel are very kind, very nice breakfast, free internet. The room is simple but has everything that is needed, good bed, TV, good shower and very clean. I liked it very much and would recommend the Paris Hotel to anyone who wants to go to Frankfurt.

I sent an email saying I would check in after midnight. When i got there the receptionist was very rude and ironic because of this. I sent an email asking them to confirm that I would get a DOUBLE BED bedroom and they replied telling me it would be a double bed. When i checked in, I asked if the bed was double. The receptionist confirmed. When I entered the room, there were 2 single beds and they didnt even put them together to "pretend" it was a double bed. Toilet paper in the toilet when we arrived. Not a good first impression regarding cleanliness. Too much noise during all night - Tv turned on in the next room (high volume) and people chatting in the corridors. Very hard to sleep. Noisy every night. Very noisy housekeeper in the morning. Around 7 AM everyday she started cleaning the corridors carelessly with the hoover. No lift. Staff: The 2 girls in the morning (receptionist and breakfast girl) are friendly and helpful. The night receptionist is rude and grumpy. There was another male receptionist, younger, who gave us really wrong directions and information (terrible!) Good breakfast - juice, breads, ham/salami/cheese, eggs, coffee, hot chocolate, honey/jam/butter/nutella. Hot shower. Bad last impression. I noticed a bug crawling under the carpet when we were about to leave.

Requested a quiet room for a senior citizen. Got a third floor walk up no elevator, but what the heck, a little exercise is OK.

The hotel was in a good location near the main train station, but our room reeked of smoke and it was beyond tiny. Plus, when we were getting ready for bed, one of the hotel employees (a man) randomly unlocked our door and came into our room acting like he didn't know we were staying there. Creepy!! No elevator.

The only issue I had was that there was no Air Conditioning, it was during a very hot spell in June when we stayed. Due to the heat we had to have the windows open and as it was during the World Cup there was always a lot of street noise. The location of the hotel is ideal if you are travelling around Germany as it's close to the main train station. The staff stayed in the background, but were friendly whenever approached.

I had spent a sleepness night on the flight to Frankfurt and was having a bit of a difficult entry into the city, but when I arrived at the Hotel Paris, I received such a warm personal welcome from the very helpful staff, that all weariness and frustration disappeared. The Hotel was in a perfect location for my needs and the room even had a small refrigerator.

Super close to train station. Staff was accommodating and pleasant, although the TV didn't work, lighting was poor, and the bathroom had strange odor when I arrived. For only 39 euros, can't complain too much.
