The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the Hauptbahnhof. The room was spacious, and the room and the bathroom were clean (except for the glass provided for toothbrushing). The walls of the room were a bit thin, but some earplugs helped and had a very good sleep. The breakfast was continental buffet, filling and tasty, with a nice service. I think if I go back to Frankfurt, will stay at the same hotel.

During the periods of Fairs or special events, the price gets way too high! The hotel is in a good location, very close to Frankfurt´s main train station but that´s it. Service at the hotel is poor. The rooms are noisy, the toilets in the bathrooms are old and weird. I wouldn´t stay in that hotel again! People at the reception desk are not helpful.

Good little Hotel for the money, bathroom not really clean, great service from Laura one of the front desk agents. Great location right next to the main train station and close to the fair.

Great location, nice staff, just the smell of the restaurant at the entrance was disturbing, not only in the hall but sometimes in the room. Other than that, perfect value for money.

it might have been a decent hotel 30 years ago but has not been maintained since. street noise is quite annoying. poor breakfast. close to the train station, but there seem to be a dozen hotels in the same area.

Efficient/helpful multi-lingual staff, the hotel's location is a treat:so close to the city's sights and easy to orientate: 3 minutes walk fm the Bahnhof/Central Station/the hotel is situated right oposite it.Berliner Strasse(which is parallel to the Münchener Str.) is a good point to start your journey-just go ahead and enjoy the city.We payed only 60 Euro per night for the double room and I would rate the relationship btw the price & quality as an excellent one.

Convenient location near to main station and plenty of local restaurants. Price is right BUT recommend ear plugs to sleep at night - noise from corridor, other rooms and worst the neighboring apartment block if your room is at back. Plenty of TV channels and good continental breakfast. Would actually stay there again.

First time I'd stayed in this hotel. Only stayed for 1 night as I used Frankfurt as a connection. Very close to the main entrance of the Hauptbahnhof - about a couple minutes walk there and easy to find. Location-wise, it's more like I was in Chinatown with the Chinese restaurants and some Turkish places. It's also about 1-2 blocks away from their red-light district; however, it's quite safe. I walked around myself at night and it was fine...felt definitely safer there than in some other places back at home. Also, it's about a 10-15 minute walk to Frankfurt's centre with more shopping and some sights. It's a pretty convenient location. Oh yeah, breakfast is included as well. Coffee was weird but the rest was fine. No air con but it didn't feel too warm even in late May so it was fine...perhaps because I had a room facing the courtyard. Simple rooms with basic amenities but good and clean. If you're looking for a fairly inexpensive room for 1 or 2 nights to transit out, than I would say this offers a great deal.

It is allowed to smoke inside the room and this makes me ill. Special wake up in the morning by cigratte smell from other room.

The night receptionist could use a bit more hospitality and could be a bit more helpful, but everything else was as advertised. So, I'm pleased with this booking :)

Room was clean and quiet, good location near the Hauptbahnhof, some confusion with one of the front desk staff who didn't have much English when asking about a curfew time, but mostly staff were fine. Breakfast was fine. Good value.

This was indeed a good price / quality relationship, considering the hotel is close to all transports, 2 minutes walk to the main station, and 10 minutes walk to the Old Town, and therfore to the Zeil shopping district. Tha staff is really kind and helpful. However, i'd recommend to bring earplugs if u're sensitive to road traffic (room overlooking mainstreet - trams passing by)or noisy neighbors.

The hotel is very cheap for being in prime location. The staff was very helpful and welcoming too. Just that the room was quite noisy since i was on the first floor...
