the old lady who works as receptionist only can speak Korean. We need to talk with an other person on phone about our reservation, rooms and so on. And seems only one person works in the whole hotel. The people who is in charge told us that he only can give us a room in bad condition if we do not buy breakfast from them which cost 10 Euro. It is totally non sence. Because it is decribed in our reservation that breakfast is included. We chosed to stay since it was not possible for us to look for another hotel that late. The room is Ok, but the beddings are very old and not very clean. Somebody tried to open our door with key at 6 am while we were sleeping. We were shouting out . Maybe somebody forget the room has been ocupied.

Instead of the agreed 180€ for 4 nights, me ended up paying 290€ because the prices for the room on the site (48€) is different than the one applied (60€). Everything is extra (not as stated in the site) parking, internet (only ground floor), bfast,... Over all very disappointing.

We booked a double room but the hotel offered us a family room with buffet style breakfast (upgrade from regular breakfast) for 10 euros extra for each person. We thought it was a scam, so we asked for our original request. But we were given a twin room. We went back to the reception and claimed for a double room. After giving us a hard time, he gave us the family room. There was no double room available from the beginning and the hotel tried to fool us with silly offer. We were very disappointed with the way they treat the customer as much as the room quality.

The welcoming to the hotel was close to chocking: Poor english of a Japanese guy that had used another guest (from Germany) as translator from German to English plus use of phone in order to talk to the Hotel Manager. However, our room and bathroom was good: Clean, spacious, no strange smells. The brekfast buffet was worth the 6€ (served in a very small room) since it was fresh and had a lot of selections. We were four persons in one room that stayed for three nights. The hotel "grow" day by day and gave us value for money.

sono stata a Francoforte nei giorni della Fiera del Libro e mi sono stati chiesti 205 euro a notte (mi sono fermata tre notti, quindi 615 euro da pagare immediatamente all'arrivo) per dormire in una cameretta sudicia e maleodorante; un rumore di sconosciuta provenienza mi ha tenuto compagnia tutte le notti. La zona è brutta e buia; il personale è per lo più scortese e disorganizzato, una mattina non ci hanno neanche pulito la stanza. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

How to reach Hotel Jaguar City

By car
At the Frankfurter Kreuz intersection, take the A3 motorway, towards Wuezburg/Munich. After 8 km, exit at the Offenbacher Kreuz intersection and take the A661 motorway, following the Bad Homburg direction. Exit at 'Frankfurt Ost, Hanau/Maintal'. If you're coming from the north, go right at the next traffic light. If you're coming from the south, stay on the left lane (in the exit) and turn left at the traffic light. After 2 km, pass under a bridge in front of a traffic light. Leave the priority road and proceed straight on, following the street for another 500 metres. The Theobald Christ Strasse is on the right hand side.

By train
From Frankfurt main train station, in front of platform 15, take the escalator down to S-Bahn platform S101/S102. You can take any train until Ostendstrasse. Get off at 'Ostendstrasse' (take any S-Bahn except of S7). Leave the platform through the 'Ausgang Hanauer Landstrasse' and exit by escalator (not the stairs). At the top of the second escalator, turn left, then right (again with escalator). After about 30 metres, turn left into Theobald-Christ Strasse.
