Hotel Everest - Frankfurt

Be careful, this hotel offers so called economy rooms, which we have booked accidentally. Means: room of shoe box size with tiles and carpet off, toilet in corridor,filthy @ very well used towels, no towel racks or hangers, 1 chair for 2 people, no bed side lamps, walls of paper thickness. Need to admit - good buffet breakfast, English speaking staff, working Wi-Fi in rooms.

After arriving at the hotel I struggled to find reception. Checking in was easy and the staff were helpful. I went to my room and it hadnt been cleaned, so I had to wait... Took shower once room was tidy and the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I therefore was standing in drain water. I tried to call reception from my room but the phone didnt work. I approached reception who sent somebody to look at the issue. They then advised somebody would take a look at the shower in the afternoon! I returned to my hotel and the leak had been fixed. There was a really bad smell of drains in my room, which was over powering. The public areas were'nt all that attractive. My stay was helped though by a young man on reception, who spoke English very well, was able to point me in the direction of the area's i wanted to visit and was also very helpful helping me finding places to eat. he offered fantastic customer service so I would like to thank him for his help.

every night, opposite the hotel there were teenager, with cars driving around or drink beer together. At night you dare not go outside.

A great breakfast buffet is included. Room rate was even lower than anounced at homepage.

Great location, close to the main train station in Frankfurt (3 blocks), close to restaurants, the area felt safe to walk around in. It was only about a 15 minute walk from stores for all kinds of shopping. The breakfast included was very good. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. We would stay there again.

It was a good stay in this hotel. the only problem was that during the night the doors of the other rooms made always a lot of noise while closing: so we woke up suddenly 'cause of this. anyway the position is perfect, very close to the train station. it's a good hotel where to stay, clean, the room was large, the bathroom nice. so it was ok

Although my stay was fine, my first night was spent in the property's adjacent building. It was only when I moved to the main building did I realise how much bigger and better were the rooms in the main building. Car parking was easy, and the exhibition hall and down-town area was within easy walking distance

Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast average but more than adequate. The staff were friendly and efficient and the whole experience was positive and great value for money. Roger Herrera

I would definitely recommend this hotel being your stay both for leisure or for corporate purposes. Rooms were very confortable and clean, as well as facilities. Breakfast lounge was very intimate and nice; can't complain about breakfast either, since it was really abundant and of the highest standards. Ideal location, being the hotel absolutely close to the main station as well as to the city centre.

Small rooms, but not too bad for the price. The cleaning was OK, which was the only thing to mention as positive from this hotel. The reception staff were not helpful at all, very rude and their English was useless (the only good one was a woman who unfortunately was only one day waorking whilst we were there). The parking, which they outstand for being a free service, is the worst: there only fit 4 cars, but the funniest thing is that receptionist also park there if you go, and when you come back they say you lost your place because of that. Breakfast a bit too poor, although waitresses were very good.
