Hotel Europa is easily accessible (near to the train station). The service is quite good but the space of the room is small.

A great place to stay in Frankfurt am Main if price is important. I stay here a couple of times a year. Hotel staff speaks English and are very helpful. Location is a block from the train station. WiFi inc/air conditioned/ breakfast inc. The rooms are small, but if you are looking for a place to stay overnight, I highly recommend it. The ultimate testmonial: my wife turns her nose up at everything, but raves about the Europa!

Bad odour in the very small bathroom, not so clean. Good breakfast and kind staff. The hotel is very near to the central station and to the city centre.

This was our third stay in this hotel but we did not like the room this time. The bathroom door was not locking properly and there was also a gap there. We feel that some repairs and/or renovation is in order.

2 nights stay in EUROPA was a excellent choice. Although the room was not spacious, but for traveller to stay at the good location, with the good price you pay, I would recommend EUROPA. The service provided is excellent, internet and mini bar items are F.O.C. Thanks

I really got so satisfied of Europa Hotel in Frankfurt am Main. The rooms are very clean, so nice and so refined-in-details ( tv set, little fridge completely filled in with drinks, beers, water and snacks - everything € 1 - a wall-wardrobe are available in the room). The room are equipped with moquettes, beds are comfortable and hotel-employees so kind in providing the best service. Breakfast is more than good: at first the quite big breakfast room is good, but continental food is various and delicious ( toasted bread, jams, nutellas, cakes, pies, milk, juices and expresso coffee that staff make as soon as you ask them and they bring it at your table). Please just think about QUALITY VS. PRICE: just € 56 per night. VERY VERY GOOD. I expect everyone is going there, will be more than satisfied.

I have stayed at the Europa for three years. The price is right, has free WiFi and breakfast. My wife stayed with me the first time last week. She is very picky and said there was nothing wrong with it; she loved the breakfast and air conditioning. Room did not have a telephone? First time that has happened. I asked and was told the phone was broken; no alternative was offered nor did I ask for one. Very convient to the train station. Downside: no parking. The parking lot behind the hotel is very expensive by the hour. I have a friend going to Frankfurt Am Main tomorrow and he said he couldn't find a vacancy near the train station. I told him to try the Europa!

Free internet and the people in the front desk are the only things that I liked. The bed linen had not been changed for four days but I could not figure that out because I was so tired. The noise from people who was trying to get in to his or her room bothered me too much.

With these prices, one can't really complain. The room was very small indeed, but we did not really need more as we only stayed there to sleep :) Breakfast was very good and staff helpful and welcoming. Location is fine, it is easy to walk to the shopping area and old town, but better to catch tram or tube. Great Japanese Ramen place closeby!

Very good hotel, specially if you compare quality and price. The location is excellent, few minutes from central station (walking) and also from most of the main places to visit. If I go to Frankfurt again, I'll stay in this Hotel

Hotel Europa rooms were very small but clean. Buffet breakfast was ok and reception welcoming was nice. The airconditioning is activated on/off by reception desk and thus on one occasion i put it on 21 and they turned it off because the room temp apparently is too low and we cant do that also the picture they provided on the website of their double room and what we stayed in was completely differently, it is not as modern as they state!, we asked for a change of room but they had no avilabilities apparently! Overall it was ok, if i do go frankfurt i would not mind staying there again but only for short trips.

Air conditioning was turned off about midnight and we woke up in a full sweat because we were unable to open the windows due to the street noise. The room was about the smallest we have ever experienced anywhere, and the shower was full of mildew.

If it was not for the rooms which are VERY small and the furniture which needs changing, this hotel would be just great. The personnel is exceptionally friendly, the breakfast is very good and the location is conveniently close to the Hauptbahnhof.

We stayed at Eurpoa as a stop over - we caught a train into Frankfurt that night and had to catch a train early in the morning. Very handy for us as it was close to the station. Great price for what it is and includes breakfast! For what we needed we were very satisfied.

I was happy with the room and price I paid. I will stay there again. There was some street noise (I had a room on the front of the hotel) but it wasn't bothersome to me. The desk personnel spoke acceptable English and were very helpful. There were a lot of tourists staying at the hotel. The WiFi worked in the room. Breakfast was free. WATCH OUT parking in the rental lot on the street behind the Europa. It cost me approx 2.5 euros per hour for overnight parking!

Hotel aceptable, habitaciones pequeñas, con una pega, el edredon es muy pequeño para la cama, y hay que hacer piruetas para poder arropar a dos personas, y no hay disponibilidad de mantas. Desayunos aceptable, y recepción correcta.

My stay was 3 days and the staff were helpful, all of them. the breakfast was fine. room is nice except a little small (but it is ok for that price) and probably the walls was thin (or my neighbour was just banging thngs all over). walking to the main train station and near many eating places.

Generally the stay was ok...the location was ideal as it was near the railway station. The Bfast was marvellous so too the lady attending us(the lady with wearing spectacles,a pity I did not get her name. She was so considerate for extending our checkout time to 11.30am as our flight to Dublin was much later..Thankyou to her again)But the hotel did not reply to my early email abt the information on taxi fare from the airport to the hotel.

I liked staying in this hotel and will stay in it again next time I visit Frankfurt. The only issues I had were that the mini bar was empty and the shower plughole partially blocked. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff were friendly.

Unfortunately, our room opened out onto a main street that was very noisy. I would encourage people to consider a room not on the street side. However, we needed ice for a foot injury, and the staff was very accommodating in finding ice for us.

It would be nice to tell you of the Europa, but I can't. At check-in there was much mumbo-jumbo between two men not talking English or German, one of whom was also on the phone. When they handed me my receipt, a third man appeared who they said would take me to another hotel. We walked about a long block, and I was deposited in a hotel called Aplanad, or something like that, a definite one star affair with the tiniest of rooms. I wish they would announce this policy when they obviously overbook. I would be wary of reserving a room at Europa again.
