I was satisfied with my stay at Hotel Kelsterbach except for two major problems. The worst problem pertains to my wife calling this hotel two times and asked to be connected with my room. Number one, there was not a good attempt to speak English with my wife as was spoken to me when I checked in. She was cut off twice and never was able to talk with me. There is no excuse for this. Phone calls should be received properly and connections made to the guest. My second complaint is that there is not available computer internet service in this hotel. This service has become essential and is found in most hotels. I hope this information is helpful.

I could not get receipt invoive at check out because of Hotel's printer broken. The clerk said the invoice will be sent by e-mail. But now I did not receive receipt invoice. Please send me invoice soon.

I made the reservation with 17 days in advance and I made a point regarding my late arrival, but when I arrived at the hotel, after 1 hour waiting the hotel transfer at the airport, the receptionist gave me a bedroom without private bath!!! She didn't tell me anything, I saw it myselft and when I complained she told me that the hotel was full, and they gave me the best suite ( Without bathroom!!!) Luckly I spent only one night there, but it was a very uncomfortable experience, I would never go to that hotel again and neither recommend it!!!

Decent accommodations. Conveniet to Rhein Main. Hallways were dark at times. Door was very hard to close, but room was more than adequate. Store was very conveniet--200 meter walk.

Very kind staff people.Lovely. Price/quality relationship non adequate in my opinion. Forniture, towels non too poor for such prices. No mention on the internet site there is not restaurant in the hotel.
