The rooms were average, did not match the price, no free wifi as advertised on this site. Restaurant was great, the maitre D was a gem. food fab.

Second recent stay here. Very good first time around,even better on this occasion. Helpful staff. Restaurant standards on a par with some of the best in the area. The superior room proved larger than the standard and had a better shower facility but lacked the balcony offered with the basic room !!! This was the only and very minor gripe in an enjoyable stay. Brilliant location for the beach and for travelling further afield. Did'nt bother with a rental car this time around as local public transport more than adequate. Recommend nearby Pescara for all the facilities of a large coastal city on the Adriatic and the entire coast to the South for unspoiled charm.

How to reach Park Hotel Alcione

By car
From A14 highway, exit at Pescara Sud/Francavilla. Follow the signs to the beach and take Viale Alcione. Proceed towards Pescara, until you see the hotel on the left side.

By train
From Pescara train station, take a taxi or the bus line 1 or line 2, which stop only few meters from the hotel.

By airplane
From Pescara International Airport, follow the signs to Asse Attrezzato, then the directions to Pescara. Take the exit Ancona/Foggia and continue following the signs to Francavilla. Then follow the signs to Park Hotel Alcione.
