La struttura si trova esposta da un lato sulla statale e dall'altro verso la stazione ferroviaria : condizioni che consiglierebbero un livello di insonorizzazione della camera ben più efficace di quello dichiarato. Inaccettabile la porta-specchio "comunicante" tra camere che toglie ogni residua speranza di privacy.

Travelling on the A14 highway, exit at Pescara Sud-Francavilla al Mare. Continue going straight and follow the road signs for the SS16 state road until you reach Francavilla al Mare.
