Hotel Le Pleiadi - Forte dei Marmi

Le Pleiadi is modern but we had a delightful balcony overlooking the garden, which is large and quiet - lots of old and very tall umbrella pines which give just enough shade to be comfortable and look lovely. Service was very helpful and charming. We didn't dine at the hotel as the menu was very limited, but had a lovely meal on the beach nearby at Gilda.

The hotel is a family hotel run and owned by a family. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Forte dei Marmi about 400 yards from the sea and an easy 15 minute bike ride from the centre of the town. The staff at the hotel was uniformly friendly and helpful. We were on a B&B basis and the breakfast was more than adequate. The bedroom was furnished simply but well. The bathroom (shower only) was also OK - Everything worked and both bedroom and bathroom were kept sparkling clean by the staff. We highly recommend Le Pleiadi if you want a comfortable, quiet and (financially) reasonable stay in FdM

We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to stay there again at the end of our trip. Ther staff were friendly and efficient and the grounds were ideal. We had a lovely stay.

Il mio giudizio riflette solo un WE, una notte, nel periodo di Pasqua, quindi con personale ridotto e albergo semi-vuoto. (Only one night opinion, during low season). L'albergo avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescatina, appare un po decadente, e la sala da pranzo triste. Per il prezzo sostenuto, molto europeo, la colazione risulta essere troppo povera, assolutamente insufficiente rispetto alle colazioni continentali europee, la stanza sufficientemente spaziosa, ma anche lei rispecchia la "decadenza" visibile. Molto bello il giardino, che non abbiamo sfruttato visto il tempo piovoso. Non eccessivamente lontano dal mare ma lontano dal centro di Forte.

Albergo molto carino e tranquillo con un bel giardino, proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Buona e abbondante la colazione a buffet.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a restful and comfortable break.Could not fault anything about this hotel,apart from the distance from the train station,that apart we had a wonderful time here.

We all enjoyed our stay at Le Pleiadi. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Next time I will take my own shampoo and bath products as the quality of these items was not very high and I'll hope that we won't get such a squeaky bed! The hotel was located further from the centre of Forte dei Marmi than I anticipated and better maps would help with this. Having said that, we found some excellent local restaurants and really enjoyed our stay here and we'll definitely go back.
