The price does not correspond to the quality and kind of hotel When I book this hotel in internet, there was not to many to choose from, but for the price I was paying, I expected something else It is a 3 star hotel Not for the same price as a 5star L hotel in Rome or Florence Not fair

This a very nice hotel comfortable and the food is excellent. havn't tasted such fresh salad and fish in ages. the jacuzzi pool was a nice bonus as we would not pay the price of a sun bed on the beach. £25 a day,for 2 and you are not allowed to put a towel on the beach. Thank goodness we took the half board option or we would have gone hungry, everything about this area is verrrrry expensive.A designer town no normal shops.A taxi from the nearest railway station is £15. 3klm. we enjoyed it but we will never go back. We got the inpression that tourism is discouraged.

This was our second visit to this hotel and once again we were impressed by the location (just far away from the main piazza to be quiet but within a 10 minute stroll) and 5 minutes from the beach. The room was excellent, on a corner facing the garden with a balcony and sunbed. The air con was essential! and the room had a safe. The only thing the hotel lacks is a pool but if you are happy with a beach then there are miles of beaches to choose from. Beware if you hire one of the hotel bikes - there are in desparate need of maintenance but it is an essential form of transport if you want to travel easily and quickly from one resort on the coast to the next - the Italians love their bikes in this resort. It is an Italian resort so be prepared to speak Italian and meat is very hard to find as it is fish & sea food in all restaraunts. It is a very upmarket resort and hence very expensive. We tried the hotel food one evening and was impressed by the quality & variety - it would be worth considering booking full board. The staff have different levels of English but are all very helpful. It does seem that the hotel offers some form of creche so there are lots of multicoloured large plastic toys in the garden and a lot of pre school children so not a hotel for non children lovers! Breakfast was good with the usual plentiful mix of continetal and you can eat outside on the patio. If we returned we wouldn't use it again unless it had a pool but that is personal choice.

I have nothing but praises for the reception staff / management, who were extremely helpful. Getting a shirt ironed / taxi ordered etc was no trouble at all for the staff. I would be very happy to stay at this Hotel again at a future date.

The Acapulco is very well run hotel in a delightful and quiet setting which is a 15 minute walk frm the urban cente with shops restaurants etc. However, its own restaurant is excellent and bike hire is available if you do not have a car

Value for money hotel, very close to beach and within 5 - 10 minutes walk from the centre of town including restaraunts and shops.

Excellent 3 star accomodation, particularly if travelling with small children. Large garden with small play area available. Bicycle rental available. Staff very welcoming. Hotel within easy reach of both beach and the centre of Forte dei Marmi.
