definitly not the ritz but it was stayable i would go there again. The place overall and rooms were very run down but couldn'y beat the location and price.

The location is execellent but the hotel is really poor and the price is too expensive. Personal in charge are discourteous. For expample we arrived late at night and the drink machines were broken the guy from front desk told me that he could get me a drink for the machine if I paid him 10 dollars. The following day I wanted to make a local call but to obtain line at the phone of my room I had to pay 20 dollars in advance. Isnt that Crazy?. The girl who worked during the day I think was from Tahiti and she doesnt speak English very well so it was so hard to comunicate. The room and the hole building need urgently manteinance. I think 200 dollares for 2 days it is really expensive for this hotel. Last June I travelled to Italy and I booked trough your page the hole hotels and they were excellent but this hotel in particular isnt for recommend. Best Regrds, Mary

Traveled here for a week long spring break trip (not a rowdy college time, just my boyfriend and I relaxing for a week). This was the cheapest hotel we found within walking distance to the beach, and I was somewhat hesitant after reading old reviews, and booking on an unknown travel website, but I loved it there! The beach was literally a 2 minute walk, and the rooms were nice, and bigger than I expected. We got a queen size bed suite, and it came with a full size refrigerator, microwave, etc (not an efficieny though, obviously). I highly recommend it! Housekeeping was a little bit irregular, but that wasn't really a problem, and the pool was small, but still a very nice area to hang out.

Very old motel. Bedding was comfortable and clean. Furnishings very shabby although for one night stay was fine. Location of motel was near the beach and close to restaurants.

Bedroom had water mark and mold in the corner of the ceiling, probably from room above. Bedroom air conditioner very noisy. Pool was not heated and very small 8' x 12'. Desk people extremely nice and helpful. Location was good, walk to beach about a block or so across A1A. Find out about transportation or rent a car as minimal access to shopping and restaurants within 1/2 mile.

The caulking around the tub was falling out, the tub was dirty as was the couch and chair in the room. There were many other rooms that were nicer, but I think that we were stuck in the corner, dirty room because we booked through a search engine. We will never stay here again.

We had a spacious, "efficiency" room that had a full kitchen, breakfast bar, dinining area, setting area, & separate bedroom with queen bed. It was within walking distance of the south end of Ft. Lauderdale beach. It met and exceeded our expectations. There was some peeling paint, but for a older syle complex it was nicely referburished. We would happily stay there again.

Head west on Lee Wagener Blvd. toward SW 11th Terrace. Turn left at SW 12th Terrace, then immediately turn right at Lee Wagener Blvd, and then turn left at SW 16th Terrace/West Perimeter Road. Continue on West Perimeter Road, then turn right at Perimeter Road, then make a left turn at Griffin Road followed by a slight left at North Federal Hwy/US-1 North. Continue on North Federal Hwy and then turn right at SE 17th Street. Continue on Seabreeze Blvd/SR-A1A and then turn finally left at Harbor Drive.
