By airplane
From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL): Follow US 1 NORTH to 17th Street Causeway, turn right where 17th Street CSWY becomes A1A North. Turn left onto Terramar Street. Then go 3 blocks to Orton Avenue, and turn rigt. Orton Terrace will be the second building on your right.

From Miami International Airport (MIA): Follow I-95 North to Sunrise Blvd heading East until reaching the Ocean at A1A (Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd). Turn right onto A1A and right again onto Terramar Street. Go 3 blocks to Orton Avenue, and turn right. Orton Terrace will be the second building on your right.
