Our questions and requests were responded prompt, competent and polite. The staff was really patient with our teen children. Real interaction with the staff was only possible during breakfast and for questions with regard to day-trip planning. Breakfast room, which is obviously the bar in the evening, and lobby are the only public rooms. From a 4 stars hotel I would have expected at least a restaurant in addition. The rooms were clean and quite, but pretty small. The location of the hotel - right in the historical centre with limited traffic of Forli - is great. Anything like shopping, eating, historical buildings is right around the hotel and can be reached within minutes from the hotel. On the other hand traffic limitations and a lot of one way traffic is the reason that the hotel cannot be reached easy with the car - in fact it is a challenge. Concluding the above we would rate our stay an 8

Lovely hotel situated in the pedestrian zone but public car park within easy walking distance. Very helpful reception staff.

All was fine with following exceptions. The breakfast room is extremely small with very few seatings. Waiting time could be quite long. Some rooms are on the pedestrian main street so stays over the weekend could be "noisy".

My room was spacious, modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The choice at breakfast was varied and allowed for different tastes. The service was attentive and responsive. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. This was my first time in Forlì, and although it is not really a strong tourist destination, compared to say Bologna, it is a very good place to stay and to base yourself for day-trips to other, more notable tourist spots. The Hotel was a good 20-25 minute walk from the train station, but there is a local bus (No. 6) that takes you very near the Hotel.

Excellent location and quality of services. Modern forniture. High tech, but also a bit anonymous and chill atmosphere. The only negative remarks are the absence of thick curtains to filter the external light in my room, and the SKY advertising, a service which basically caters for the supposed tastes of single men on business trips. Employees professional and efficient.

Chromium efficient rather than charming. Excellent location for overnight stop. Friendly and helpful service. Recommended.

This hotel is well located in historical center. Employees are friendly and very courteous.

Missing broadband internet connection in room.

Could have done with tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Otherwise no problems at all.

The room I was given was a bit small and not all that impressive, but the staff was great and the location was perfect, right off the main town square (piazza Saffi). Breakfast was very good and the staff was very responsive to any requests that I had.

For 4 stars I would of expected a whole lot more than was offered.
