It was very nice to stay here. The hotel is situated in one of the most characteristic place of the island, but it's quite difficult to getting to it. However, there is a shuttle service (for free) available until 12 at night. I recommend to use it to get to the public bus stop in Panza.

We enjoyed this hotel very much, it was very peaceful and relaxing. The thermal pool was lovely and the staff were competent, welcoming, helpful and spoke English when necessary or my favorite hybrid, Engtalian in which I am also fluent. The buses were constant and with a map it was easy to get around the island. The only drawback is that by yourself it would be very difficult to find the hotel. There is a shuttle bus that picks up hourly at the Banco di Napoli in Panza and it's only a five minute ride but it would be very hard to find by yourself. My only other criticism would be that the pool needs a filtration system badly. After a hard rain it was a glowing neon green from all the algae in it. Overall we had a lovely stay.
