excellent hotel with very romantic setting and at the same time breathtaking scenery. located in a small but still fairly touristy village in provence, the hotel is so secluded (although still in the middle of the village) that one does not hear or see a thing of what is going on outside. the hotel was an old mill, and is indeed built over a stream with real river trout that swim right underneath you while you are sitting on the breakfast terrasse. the breakfast is excellent, by the way. the rooms are very nicely decorated, modern provence-style (some of the pics on venere.com don't show them as nicely as they actually are). the pool and the garden are superbly and very romantically landscaped. plus, there is a backdoor that leads you right into the middle of the village that has a number of very cute restaurants (try "La Figuiere"). we would go back in a minute.

Great romantic getaway hotel. The surroundings are some of the most picturesque in all of Provence. The water coming from the stream through the hotel property is makes an stunning impression. The pool (although we never used it) looks great for a relaxing place to repose while enjoying the scenery

This is a lovely hotel with lots of atmosphere although it lacks having its own restaurant. A fine breakfast on a terrace overlooking a trout stream with incredible speckled fish was very special.

Fantastic location. The hotel is built over and beside a crystal clear stream with lots of trout. Charming hotel. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. No restaurant, but an excellent continental breakfast. The hotel is only 100m from the town centre, in a wooded and landscaped lot that shuts out any sound of traffic. We prefer trying different restaurants and found at least six excellent ones within 100m. This hotel is without a doubt our favourite one after many years of travelling. Four days here was not enough!!

This place is a great place. Friendliness and service provided was excellent. Standard rooms may look somhow a bit small, but this largely compensated by the quality of all the other facilities provided by the Hôtel. If you are lucky and stay long enough you may be taking your breakfast with well known show business people .... I warmly recommend this place.
