It's situated in an own park of 60.000 sq mt with pool and olive growe, high trees and lawns of important size.The hotel is located in Foligno, in close proximity of the "Foligno Nord exit" of the highway S.S. 75. The Hotel consists of 79 rooms, 2 restaurants and 3 conference rooms.

The Hotel is closely linked to the most important Umbrian towns such as Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Orvieto and Montefalco.

It's a very beuty new hotel with a wonderful garden, swiming-pool and romantic view. The room and bathroom are new and with all conforts and services (internet conncection, TV pay per view, frigo-bar, air conditioned ect) I will recomded this hotel to everyone, family for holiday or single for business trip. I will come back in this hotel when I will be again in this area.

Superb hotel. The staff at the reception deserves a special mention for the great service they provide. The main downside of the hotel is that it is outside the city, so you need a car to go anywhere. Alternatively, you will need to rely on taxis (a ride from the hotel to Foligno center costs 12 euros). The swimming pool was closed when we went (May), but the small flower garden on the back was well kept - very nice and worth a short stroll.

This is a most impressive hotel: new, with a grand touch. Breakfast facilities were excellent as were the grounds and facilities provided for group conferences. However, for the tourist there are some major difficulties. Firstly, the hotel is very difficult to find - it is outside Foligno and Foligno itself is a very difficult city to navigate. The hotel should make a special effort to give more very specific directions on its website. Secondly, it was not clear which restaurant was in use. They have three, the one in use at the time in a separate building out by the olive groves. But, the chef provided the best food we had in Italy - real gourmet food presented in warm, friendly surroundings, and with obvious well-earned pride, and at very reasonable cost. Although the rooms are small, the showers were a delight to use. Because it was a conference center, it was assumed everyone had a laptop to plug into the service from one's bedroom, so no service was provided for those who needed internet access from a hotel computer. The staff were polite and helpful when required but were not pro-active.

Hotel lussuoso, confortevole, con aria condizionata, televisione con impianto satellitare, piscina, palestra compresi nel prezzo. Se si desidera la mezza pensione o la pensione completa occorre spendere un pò di più, ma il servizio è veramente eccellente. E' preferibile venire in auto perché l'hotel si trova all'uscita di Foligno Nord ed anche per poter fare un giro nelle città vicine; tuttavia per chi viene col treno c'è una navetta che collega la stazione con l'hotel; vi è una sola presa di corrente nelle stanze; occorrerebbe portarsi una presa multipla da casa, l'armadio non è presente in tutte le stanze, nella nostra c'erano solo i cassetti. Per il resto le stanze sono super moderne ed il panorama che si vede è davvero bello.
