It's very difficult to find hotel, because shema is wrong. Hotel's name is "Benevenuti" and nobody know "Savanorola". Hotel lokated on the corner street Cavouar and Libert. We pay for parking 20 euro per night, for any hours. Take car at the moning - give at the evening, it costs 20 euro. Shema road on the place Liberty - very dificcult. Don't recomended this hotel for anybody.

Really cheap hotel. Facility is not satisfying but you know..., it's cheap in an expensive city. Convenient transportation.

Friendly staff, most spoke perfect English, were helpful in providing information about Florence as well as general needs. Stayed in double room with en-suite, breakfast included. Room was airy, clean and pleasant, although some noise from outside.

Quiet clean room is not too far from center of town - 15 - 20 minute walk. There is not choice for the breakfast included. The place was excellent value for the money. Very helpful and pleasant staff. I really liked it and would definitely recommend it.

Hello! We were group of three friends. We stayed in the hotel for 1 night. The welcoming part was perfect and the hotel's employees are really helpful. Triple room looked really modest, but spacious and clean.Though the beds are not normal ones, one was just a cot and one of my friends fall down during the night... The breakfast was poor, but for the money we've payed it was ok. The location was good, round 7 minutes walk to the city centre. If you can afford something more expensive, find another option. Good luck!

On the floor which leads to the rooms it stank rather unconvinient. The room was clean, but a for my taste a little bit unlovely arranged. Ice cold eggs in the morning and rather often empty bread ( not delicious) - baskets. Orangejuice was coloured water..

The Hotel Signage is very very poor. The hotel is situated on the 2nd floor of Cinema Theatre;therefore, it's not easily to access to hotel. At night time a lot of stranger untrusted people pass through the cinema. Some room toilets were connected to another room. It could be matched for limited budget teenage.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff (give useful advice on where to visit, how to get there and where to eat etc) which makes up for basic no-frills accommodation (which is typical of Florence from our experience)i.e. no aircon, view of back court from window, v. basic breakfast.(Room with ensuite shower). 15 mins walk from centre of Florence, situated on local bus routes. Clean and friendly but basic - good value for money.

Staff members were very friendly: gave advice for sightseeing and recommended some fantastic places to have icecream and dinner. Room is quite large but modest but we didn't expect more considering the price. Furniture is old and some need to be replaced. Even though we booked a room with shared bathroom, we got a room with a private one. Showering was not as comfortable as we thought; the shower was placed over the toiletseat and everything got wet all the time despite the weird shower curtain. Savonarola is located few minutes away from the Accademia and the Duomo. If you don't feel like walking because you're tired, there are good public transport facilities nearby.

The room was adequate and reasonably priced but could have been cleaner. It was one of the larger rooms we stayed in but very basic. The private bathroom was across the hall from the bedroom and had an unpleasant sewer smell. Excellent water pressure in the shower, but it drains poorly so you're standing in water. Wi-fi signal in the room was poor -- had to go to office to use the internet. The breakfast was so-so; the coffee and juice dispensed from machines were disappointing.

The hosts were lovely; very welcoming and recommended a fantastic (non touristy) place for us to eat. They were always smiling and greeted us whenever we were in the breakfast room or hall. Unfortunately the room was hot (we stayed in the middle of summer) and even though the fan and large opened window cooled us down we were eaten by mosquitos! Great value for money and not too far from the main sights, but not a lot of excitement in the immediate vicinity. Note: we stayed in the adjoining B&B of this hotel

The staff at Savonarola were VERY friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to help us find services and places to see and eat. The location was an easy walk to the Duomo and there were several bus stops nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants quality for a good price.

The staff is very friendly which helped us to have a good impression of the hotel, but the premises and the breakfast weren't that good.

Wow! I had such a great time at this hotel! The people that work there (and their friends that visit) are awesome! They kept me laughing, and really added to an already incredible vacation. Even though the rooms are just ok, I wasn't looking for much to begin with, the people make this hotel an excellent find. Loved it and can't wait to go back.

Modest, but clean and friendly accommodation. I have found there all I need for such an attractive city like Florence, where visitors spend most the time outside.
