Our stay was good. Two discrepancies between Venere & the property: (1) parking is NOT included in the price (it is 10 euro/night) but since I had the printout from Venere stating parking was included, they did not charge me; and (2) the hotel is on the RIGHT (not left), right across the street from an enterance to a market. The hotel is quite far from the city center, so not good if you are traveling without a car. The rooms were as expected, although I think this hotel might only be a two star. Regardless, the baby bed was free, the water was hot, the air condition functional and the beds comfortable enough. Breakfast was very good - meats, cheese and coffee made to order. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again, but only if I had a car.

This was listed as a 2 star, not sure why. It is as nice or nicer than other 3 stars I have stayed in through Venere. Location is out of the tourist area a bit, no big deal, just a bus ride in. Not good selection of places to eat near the hotel though. Really liked that a bar was in the hotel so sodas and water were always available.

How to reach Hotel Rosina

By car
Via the A1 motorway, exit at Firenze Nord, then followdirections to Novoli and then merge on to the right lane of Viale Guidoni. Via Lippi e Macia is the fifth street to the right, just opposite the fruit and vegetable market.

By train
Exiting the Santa Maria Novella train station, take bus line 22, direction via Lippi e Macia, and get off at the second stop of viale Guidoni or directly at the last stop, which lies at the end of the hotel street.
