I had a single room for one night which, although quite small was more than adequate for my needs. My room on the front overlooking the street was noisy but this doesn't bother me as it would some people. Very clean and the biggest, softest bath towel I have seen in many a trip to Italy

Really more of a flat with common cooking facilities than a hotel room. We had a great sized room with a balcony and would have no hesitation in staying here again. They just need to improve the directions and signs when you get to the building to help first time guests
