Nice hotel with excellent breakfast in historic city of florenz

The location of the hotel is great close to the Duomo and all shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful and this is my second stay at this hotel.

Completely satisfied. I've stayed with my wife during trip in Italy as an anniversary of 25Y from wedding and we've had memorial and comfortable time due to the hotel. We'll be back to there in near future.

Inspite of top Location and extremly friendly personal and friendly and kompetent service, the price of the hotel is far too high. Poor Beds, tiny shower unsufficient light avoid a pleasant stay.A little TV and a minumum of a room bar does not make a four star hotelBut iunfortunately this is common in Italy

The hotel is well located and we were staying for a full week and were very pleased with the quality of our room ;it was very spacious and comfortable with easily adjustable air conditioning making for a pleasant stay. We would recommend this hotel to others and happily stay there again.

Great location, but hard to get to. Call for precise directions. Restaurant across the street is very good, but also go to Dante on other side of river. Hotel has friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet.

Hotel Pierre is remarquably located in historic center between Duomo, piazza Signoria and Ponto Vecchio. All museums, monuments within short distances reachable in walking in pedestrian areas.

El Hotel es un antiguo palacio rehabilitado. Nuestra habitación estaba en la segunda planta y era muy amplia y comoda. Lo mejor es la situacion, a 1 minuto de la Signoria y los Uffici. Deberían mejorar el aislamiento de las ventanas, para que el ruido de la calle sea menor. El servicio de cafeteria debería ser mas extenso y con mas oferta de comida.

Our first time in Florence and stayed for 4 days.We hope to return. Our third floor room was lovely but located above the main entrance. Unfortunately due to building renovation opposite the hotel and roadworks the room was very noisy. We asked to change rooms and I thank the fantastic reception staff for being so helpful and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble.Our rooms were spolessly clean and the hotel was very well maintained. The location is a good central location for all the tourist attractions and we would certainly stay there again.

It's very difficult to reach hotel by car; it would be more suitable to give some direction or suggestion about no thoroughfare in Florence.

Difficult to come with the car - you have to break the law

Because Hotel Pierre is very near a large open square that is constantly filled with people, especially at night, we heard cheers and screaming until the very late hours of the night. While I love the hotel, I did not love the lack of sleep I encountered. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly.

I recommend this hotel, the hotel, the location, the service, the room, the breakfast, etc. everthing perfect. If you want to be in a perfect location and in a good hotel, this one is your choice.

The Pierre was very good and entirely matched the description. The rooms were a good size and the hotal location was perfect. Only small negative comment, the bathroom only contained a shower and no bath, which for a hotel of this quality was disappointing.

Excellent hotel, although don't expect much from their the "American Bar" but the location is so good you only have to walk around the corner to find excellent restraunts, shops and pubs.

The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location for seeing the sights. All the sights were within walking distance as well as the train station. Our room was huge with a separate sleeping and sitting area. The bathroom was a good size for Europe. We were surprised by how beautiful the hotel was for the price. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Florence.

The location is excellent. Pierre is THE centre of Florence. But it's expensive related to rooms(small)and breakfast. The employees were efficient byt not as polite as they should.

Very nice hotel location but unfortunately, very touristy and commercial. Dissapointed that there is a service charge for ice - must be the only hotel in the world - certainly in Italy.

We thought Hotel Pierre was much more than we could ever wish for at the price we paid, we found it immaculate and the staff very competent and accommodating. And of course let's not forget the perfect location of the Pierre hotel. The temperature in the room was perfect and the fact that we could adjust our settings to suit us was ideal. We enjoyed the beautiful city of Florence and the hotel so much that we tried to book a return trip for New Years Eve only to discover the hotel does not have availability but somehow this did not surprise us with the level of such good service and high standard the hotel supplied. If we were to mention one negative thing about the Pierre it would be that we found it noisy when deliveries were being made in the early mornings but still knowing this we would certainly return to the Pierre but just not to a first floor room. We look forward to returning to such a magical city of Florence and great hotel.

Wonderful location. Walks to all area sights very easy. Staff gave wonderful suggestions for dining. Had some of the best food of our vacation in Florence. We had three people and the room had plenty of room.

The Hotel Pierre is a lovely property in the heart of Florence. We had a very spacious room with a nice size bathroom. The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us at museums, galleries,and restaurants. The bartender in the lobby bar, Ahmed, was adorable and great fun to talk to while having a drink before we headed out for the night. We would definitely stay here again!

The Pierre is in an excellent location, smack in the center of Florence. It is a 4 star minus, I think, but the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to recomend it to my friends. Thank you for your attention, Diana

In a beautiful city like firenze to have a room with no view is disappointing. the room overlooked a ventilation shaft and only daylight from 50 meters above. we were unable to even see what the weather was like.

Breakfast was terrible. Other than that a very nice hotel. Will try to stay again, but in a different room.

I was extremely pleased with this hotel. I travel to Florence every summer and am very happy with my choice. I will definitely stay at the Piere again.

Florence was beautiful and so too was the Hotel Pierre. Courteous, helpful employees, excellent location, made us wish we could have stayed another day.

Quite satisfactory, as a city-centre 4-star. Slightly "spicy" price, but as you're in Firenze,what can one say?

Room was comfortable though probably due painting. The Hotel itself was excellent, the staff helpful and we were given some first class restaurant recommendations. However the Hotel's best feature is possibly the combination of brilliant location with excellent value. I cannot believe there is another Hotel in Florence so centrally situated at anything like this price.

Heating sistem could not be regulated, heat was extremly high. During my stay several guests had their windows open through the night.

Half the rooms have no VIEW at all! If you are not clostrophobic and prepared not to look outside the window, you get the best deal in town:well located, clean, friendly...Nice experience.

I truly recommend Hotel Pierre to anyone who are planning a trip to Florence.

The room was a little bit cold. When we stayed this hotel, a central heating system not worked.

We had an interior room with the window opening onto some sort of central area which was very smelly (a little like sewage). Even with the window closed, we could sometimes smell the bad odors. We wish we had been able to open the window.

The Pierre was a fine hotel albeit somewhat overpriced. The staff was young and enthusiastic but needed training.

The hotel and location were great. The only drawback was the fact that we could not use our computer for email in the room, but this is not uncommon.
