One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, the staff are attentive without being over the to and very friendly, nothing is to much trouble. the Hotel itself is full of little nooks and crannies with all sorts of little surprises round every corner.. The food is sublime and, for Italy, very reasonable.. The shuttle bus is a great facility although the times of the return trips are a little inconvenient. All in all this hotel is a a little jewel and the place to stay if visiting Florence.

This is fantastic hotel. My wife and me were impressed by the quality and would like to return once more to stay here. We visited many countries and cities throughout the world and stayed in many 4-stars and even 5-stars hotels. This one is the best.

Excellent location. The hotel has a very good restaurant. The minibus service to the centre of Florence is first class. Will be returning to the hotel in the near future.

A little bit out there, but well worth the distance if your tired of the hustle and bustle of all the tourists near the duomo. Free shuttle provided, nice rooms, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Loved it, will return!

Stayed here for two nights and it was a wonderful relaxing oasis, just out of town. We found it very easy to park here (in a spacious covered garage) and to drive into Florence as there was plenty of parking space there.
