Conveniently located near railway station (5-10 min walk). Friendly receptionists. Good breakfast. Fair room with newly refurbished bathroom. Noisy room towards the street. Ask for one facing the back yard.

Having private parking facility was a bonus for this hotel. Acceptable continental style breakfast but the hotel would benefit from having better public areas, especially a bar or coffee lounge where one could sit and talk after a busy day in Florence. A bar facility existed but was not open in the evenings we were there. A mixed school party made the breakfast a noisy but pleasant event.

Conveniently located off bus line and around the corner from train station. Rooms were quiet and bathrooms were nice, however, the furniture and interior room paint had mutiple chips and gouges. The general appearance of the room was slightly run down. I doubt that I would stay there again.

The hotel is easily reachable by the motorway A1, exit Firenze Nord if you are coming from the north or Firenze Sud if you are coming from the south. Follow the indications for Firenze Santa Maria Novella-stazione.

By train
The hotel is 200 metres from the Santa Maria Novella railway station.

The hotel is 6 km from the Florence airport.
