Efficiente e cortese l'accoglienza e la reception; ottima la posizione rispetto al centro della città; di grande qualità le camere, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo molto interessante; forse andrebbe migliorata la qualità della prima colazione; una maggiore attenzione nei servizi in camera renderebbe eccellente questo albergo. Una sola riserva: gli infissi della camera a noi riservata, recentemente restaurata, sono inefficienti, in quanto consentono la penetrazione di spifferi di vento. Tornando a Firenze, non ho dubbi circa il ritorno in questo hotel

We stayed in a delux room, and it was indeed up to standard! Good size, good wardrobe, very good bathroom: very good. Hotel location is on a fairly busy road. Although I suspect that most hotels in Florence suffer from 'scooter burp', traffic noise was notable- at first. No sound whatsoever from other rooms. Walk into the centre no real trouble: worth doing for better restaurant choice. Train station easy walk.

Beautiful property! Amazing staff! Excellent service!! Our only negative was the quietness and stiff beds. The windows didn't close very tightly and the door to the neighboring room was the same way but the staff and the hotel itself outweighed the negatives and then some! Great experience! We'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel serves no food apart from buffet breakfast.It has a bar forming part of lounge open only in the early evening. No parking at hotel,but garage parking available nearby at 20 euros per day.There were problems with internet connection in rooms.

The hotel manager (Ricardo I believe) was wonderful. We arrived late and had limited time for a tour of Florence. He called to arrange and several were sold out so he kept calling around until we finally found one with availability. He also arranged a private vinyard tour for my coworker several days after we checked out of the hotel. It is a nice walk along the river to the tourist areas. Not much in the way of restaurants or sites near the hotel. Furniture and carpets are old but clean and it is a comfortable place, it is like a home away from home.

We were lucky because we booked a standard room and were upgraded into a larger and very comfortable room. I can't comment on the standard room. The Hotel is 15 min walking from the Florence historical centre and it's a nice walk along the river.

We will definitely recommend and stay at this property again. The location was perfect for us. The front desk personnel were courteous, helpful and accommodating. Our room was (for Europe) very spacious and more than adequate for our needs. The location to the train station was convenient - we walked.

This is a small but well located hotel, close to the American Embassy, bus tours, trains and restaurants.

Really kind welcoming. Great room, with an amazing shower(maybe I was given a deluxe room instead of a standard?). I will definitely come again.

EXestive hotel is very good,I often go to Teatro Comunale for to see opera, this hotel is very near,so I wish to returan again,if I have a chance.

The Executive is located along the river in a good neighborhood, but a few blocks farther away than most to the major attractions downtown. We were on a vacation with our son in Florence and found our room to be large and the public areas in the hotel are very nice. The staff is very helpful with recommendations and reservations to the museums. This is a nice hotel to stay, but it doesn't deserve 4 stars. The rooms are a little old, they need updating. The carpet is old and the furniture is a little beat up. Stay here if the price is right.

Hotel well located if you are travelling by train.Hotel was close to main shopping area and the main sites.The price was quite reasonable for Italy

The hotel is in a good location. It is walking distance to the train station and to the main attractions in the city. Cafe Armanda is close by. It is an excllent place to eat. The desk clerk can give you directions.

The hotel was in a good location and easy to find. I found it clean, friendly and good value for money. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. Having booked a single room for 2 nights, I was upgraded to a double for the first night at no extra cost because it was available. I would certainly use this hotel again.
