The hotel is situated in the centre of all attractions (10 min walk) and 5 min away from train station. Small shower. Breakfast very poor not continental at all. Breakfast lady very helpful. One of the receptionists is very rude and should not be working in a hotel at all.

Nice decent room. On a pretty busy road. Had road noise most of night. Location was pretty good to sites. Within walking distance of train station, was good once realized that side exit to where buses are is not the front of station.

Great location if you are traveling by train. Easy walk to a great market place and most of the popular sites. We had a bathtub: water wasn't very hot but staff adjusted the temp for us. The bed was comfortable. There is room to hang towels in the bath. There is a computer downstairs for guest use but you do not have the availability to print. Breakfast was mainly bread but enough to get you started for the day.

The hotel more than met our expectations. We would have liked two pillows each. Those provided were rather small. Lots of good restaurants in the nearby market area.

I came to Florence to visit the city. I had never been before. Regarding the hotel - I was extremely uncomfortable due to the number and amount of mosquitoes in my room, and only upon leaving did I discover there was a means to combat mosquitoes in the room. The nights I was there I was totally uncomfortable.

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were quiet, spacious (4 bed room) and spotless clean. We found if very practical, so near to the S.M.N train station. We would not hesitate in staying again at this hotel, and we certainly recommend it.

Eden is located in the heart of a strip of hotels buzzing with American college students and tourists. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you. The location is very central to Florence's major attractions. Within minutes from the Uffizi, The academie, The duomo and the seemingly endless flee market the location of the hotel id not all bad. The people at the desk were friendly and as helpful as they could be with the what little English they spoke. None of our guests spoke Italian. Although the rooms were clean and the room was made up every afternoon, the feel was that of a white box cookie cutter college dorm room with very little charm. Over all we were not so impressed with the Eden, and would reccomend looking around Flornence before reserving this hotel.
