It was a real bonus having an off street parking space. Staff could not have been more helpful. Directed us to an excellent local restaurant. Best food we had in Florence.

Rooms nice decorated. Very good hotel's location (just 10 minutes walking from the city center). Very quiet street. Just wonderful.

Room was not in central building. While it was spacious, the pull-out couch bed which rendered this room a "triple" was not comfortable. There was not a view, and not much, if any, charm to the room. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Breakfast room was very nice, and the staff was courteous. It was very convenient to have the parking. However, the owner was not very helpful in offering insight, or accurate information regarding some of our logistical challenges, ie. rental car returns. He did not show much personal interest in our needs as clientele. We did ask that they make reservations for the Uffizi Gallery, and this was successfully executed. We enjoyed being outside of the central district, and it is a very easy walk to town, but is nonetheless, a walk. The evening clerk was very kind, and provided good counsel on local dining options.

We thought the Hotel Della Robbia was a charming, beautiful little hotel. The gentleman at the desk was so welcoming, had our room ready and provided us with a city map. The breakfast was excellent. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.

A lovely Art Nouveau building, the hotel is intimate and the service was excellent. Breakfast was relaxing and delicious with perfect Italian coffee made to order every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We found it an excellent value for our family of four (including our 17 and 20 year old children).

Very nice 3-star hotel near the center of Florence - only 15minutes walking to the dome. Own parking place, spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast also good for a 3-star hotel. We can definitely recommend for shorter stays in Florence.

The place is nice. The main point for us was that they have privet parking and inet connection. However it is not exactly that central as we expected. It is about 20 min walk to the main points of interest but finally it was ok. Staff is helpful but nearly does not speak English at all...

In general the hotel is clean and they serve a generous breakfast. Directions on how to get there by bus needs to be reviewed, we had a hard time finding the place in a rainy night.

This was my favorite hotel from my trip to Italy. I stayed in a single room which can aften be very small and dark. However, my room had high ceilings, a large window and was well laid out. The place was extremely clean and the building had a lot of charm and character. What I could see of the other rooms, they looked quite spacious. Breakfast was pretty good with many choices. My only complaint is that I had to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on (it is included in the price) but they had no problem doing so when asked. I really like the location because it is more residential and like being out of the tourist center. It might be too far for others - approx. 15-20 minutes to the Duomo.

We enjoyed the Della Robbia. Breakfasts were good. The hotel is a mile or two from the center of the city, so it's good to familiarize with the bus map.

I have found this hotel very good, my first floor room was very elegant in period style, interior decoration refined, and what is valuable is that all was very quiet in a beautiful Florence covered by snow. The room service excellent, the people at the reception nice. I suggest this accomodation for all the people who want to have a comfortable stay.

The room we had was on the first floor, so it was not very quiet due to walking in the hall that was not carpeted. There was very little room to store your clothes, so it was living out of the suitecase. The bathroom was just OK, the shower was only big enough to just stand, no bending over. As for the public areas, there was a small sitting area next to the reception desk and a breakfest room down stares. The selection of breakfest food was better than average. They do have a PC with Internet in the sitting room.

The staff was very nice here but my room was extremely tiny, but I think I had the only single in the hotel. The location is quiet but a bit far from the main center of town. If you stay here it is good idea to learn about the buses or have lots of money for taxis.
