Hotel Corolle - Florence

The hotel has nothing special! The rooms are not beauty, everything is old, but they have A/C. The main advantage is that it has free parking. It's quite far to the downtown but the bus service is good. Breakfast is nice and is included in the price. It's Ok to stay a couple of days.

Wasn't easy to locate the hotel based on the directions given. So we spent quite some time circling around (despite locating the hospital mentioned). Big car park so parking wasn't a problem. Special thanks to Reception staff - Fabio, who was very friendly and helpful. We had a quad room. Room wasn't very big and toilet was small, but that suits my family fine. Overall, considering the price I thought it was very reasonable and we had a pretty good experience on the hotel.

Breakfast really poor and low quality (no bar service), waiter very impolite

Before i could say it was a satisfactory experience with this Hotel please listen what happend - " We are coming from an Asian Country we were not well aware of day light savings time on the 29th March night when we slept in the hotel we woke up late thinking of 9:00 am and instead it was 10:00 am, it is not our worry that we couldnt get the breakfast , but when the receptionist being polite offered us coffee & a piece of a cake , while this was served by a hotel personnel he was very annoyed to serve us after the breakfast hours having known our situation, when my wife wanted to drink a cup more of coffee, the hotel personal was abusing us in italian, i dont have any words beyond this,also when we were doing the check in - in the late night, the receptionist was drunk and was talking a lot, really this thing you would not like it when you are with a family or your wife, please judge yourself about the experience & quality of this lousy hotel. I would say, i will never ever use this hotel in my life. Also it is not so close to the city, this hotel is very very bad when it comes to service.

We did not spend much time at this hotel. We picked it because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight out. We arrived late in the afternoon and left early the next morning, so we did not get to see the breakfast offered. I would not stay here to use as a base because it is not close enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful but could not recommend a restaurant in the area for dinner. There were very few.

Old and noisy aircondition

Hotel was great. However, a little noisy, walls were pretty thin..Great breakfast. Not hard to find from the train station. Overall, very satisfied!
