Hotel is very close to airport FLR, EUR18 by taxi, and then EUR20 to downtown. Excellent price, and ok breakfast. The only thing I didnt appreciate was that the aircondition didnt work (it was on).

The air conditioning didn't work very well. Which made for a disappointing stay.

We were lucky to get parking. We were a 1 night stand. Close by restaurant they suggested was very good.

I wasn't expecting much and wasn't disappointed. The Concorde is a run down, poorly maintained hotel near the airport. We stayed there for one night due to an early flight but hardly slept due to the street noise even on the 5th floor. The tiny bathroom hung off the building like an old castle. The "closet" was also tiny with no place to put our bags. We negotiated a price reduction from the desk as we paid in cash and left before breakfast was served and even at that it was no bargin. The staff did direct us to a good pizza and beer place nearby and called our taxi for an early pick up. I would call this a last resort.

The room was very plain and uninviting. The bathroom was an awkward shape - like a L, with the toilet in the lower corner. The walls must be paper thin as the people in the neighbouring room to ours could be heard as though they were in our room. I was unable to sleep because of the noise, and I complained to the front desk. The desk clerk was prompt in telling our neighbours to be quiet.

Would say, typical Italian *** standard. Don't expect too much from the breakfast, rooms clean but simple. Partly noisy, directly at the mainroad. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location when traveling by car and interest to explore also the suroundings of Firenze, very close to motorway entrance. Easy bus connection to the center (about 15 min.), very close to the airport. All in all it's ok, if you don't expect too much.

hôtel au rappport qualité/prix correct compte tenu de la situation (Florence, WE de printemps). proximité de grandes avenues mais le bruit le plus sensible (au 5ème étage, du moins) était celui des voisins notamment dans les couloirs. situation un peu excentrée mais à la fois facile d'accès depuis les grands axes routiers et accessible en bus. Parking gratuit, c'est appréciable à Florence.

The price was too high for this type of hotel: inventory was very old and worn out. Location is good fot those who need quick access to autostrada, very close to the highway. I shall advise to put up hotel signs to the street coners- very easy to miss the street as it so small.

The hotel was crowded with student on school holyday. The room, however, was really silent, being on topo floor (I cannot guarantee this would always be the case). Room was clean, but furniture is more than essential. Breakfast was poor and in a room full of young students. Employees did not appear extremely clever, but were politre and kind. I would not go back, although price is rathert low, considering the location.

The reception staff were gracious and informative. My room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was ample. Bus 29 stops a few blocks away for the ride into Florence. "Baracca" is the stop. Hotel Concorde is 5 minutes from the airport. There's a good tratorria 2-3 blocks from the hotel. Florence Alvergue
