I RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY BUT ESPECIALLY TO YOUNG AND ATHLETIC PEOPLE. The only thing have a light luggage because there is no lift and the hotel is situated from the 3rd floor.

This hotel was just fine and in a great location. Prepare yourself for a long walk up (I think it was 3 flights of stairs). The desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was simple but decent. The hotel room was also simple and adequate, but I think reasonable for the price and location. This location is just outside of the centro area, which is a good thing, but literally a block away from the attractions.

A wonderful hotel with fantastic location. Staffs are very helpful and we are welcomed with helping hands and drinks. Room facilities are good, although having a fridge would be better. Room is clean and quiet. They offer 24hrs reception, and you are guaranteed to find help from hotel staffs anytime in the hotel. Mr. Marco Bernardi had been very helpful throughout our stay. He helped us to carry the REALLY Heavy luggage up the stairs. Note: There are LONG stairs. Breakfast is good. Self-served coffee, cappuccino, juice and breakfast. No internet in the hotel, but heard they are installing it. Finally, I see this hotel as one that has potentials to become the BEST Traveller's hotel in Florence. I and my girlfriend really recommend it to travelers who value great hotel location and great value.

Very good quality/price ratio. Very nice staff. The only minus - it was a little bit noisy. Especially in my room which was right opposite the reseption and dinner room. Sound-proofing is terrible. Breakfast was very modest, but anyway normally I don't care such things and prefer to have my morning coffe somewere outside

Good, central location and you paid for it. Rooms were very plain. No problems with the stairs. We were satisfied with the accommodation and enjoyed our break.

Perfect place, perfect price, perfect staff all good. The only bad side, if to search, was lift's missing, so to reach room you have to use stairs.

We definitely did not feel that we got our money's worth. First of all, no elevators? And we were not even forewarned of the steep, narrow, and very high staircase. Not an easy task to carry 4 pieces of luggage(2 fairly heavy!). Room was not too bad. Service left much to be desired. Friendly upon check-in but not at checkout. When we returned later in the day (after checking out) to pick up the luggage which they had approved to hold, they did not want to let us use any restrooms(toilets) in the hallway or anywhere. Would not recmmend the hotel to anyone. Florence was exquisite, though. Everything we expected and more!

you do have to climb three flights of stairs and the entrance on the streetlevel is hard to find, but once you're upstairs it is all lovely. good service, clean room, good breakfast in nice breakfast room with fresh coffee. the location is near to everything.

Our stay in Florence was for three nights. The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to from the train station. The room was very comfortable, very pleasant,very quiet, great shower, we loved the view out the window, classic italian rooftops and one of the towers from the church in the duomo. The staff was very helpful. There are stairs to climb as the hotel is on the third floor but the staff is happy to help with the luggage.

In the page web it is not said, or I have not read that the rooms are to the third plan and that the elevator lacks. For old persons it could be a serious handicap. However thanks for the service. Sincerely yours.

Only we were two days but it was sufficient in order that we were eliminated by a souvenir that we had bought in Venice and that was guarded in the cupboard of our room. Lucky we had the suitcase under key and they could not take anything from us any more. Certainly my opinion about this hotel is very negative

Do not go to this hotel! You might have a very unpleasant surprise, as we had. When we arrived there, although we had a confirmed reservation, the receptionist told us that there are some rooms under renovations (?!) and they cannot host us in their hotel!! So he redirected us to another hotel, but with less stars and of course less facilities. Incredible.

I was really disappointed. I knew Florence was expensive but the room was so saddly standard, the hotel was lost in a building, only at the third stair, without any notice in the street, and no lift (not easy if you have heavy luggage.

Hello everybody, The Hotel is so far Ok! But you should not take the Room Nr. 312, if they offered that as the reservated Room. It's something like a Darkroom with two little Windows about 30 by 30 cm to the Backyard of that Building. You will never see the Sun. Also the Room smells a bit ugly! My Question to change the Room was answered with “impossible for the Reason that all Rooms are sold out, so my Reservation over Venere was something else?! Another important Thing the Hotel is in the 3. Floor and there is no Elevator! Not very convenient for a 3 Star Hotel! But a very nice City! Worth to come back and visit the City again!

This was one of 4 hotels my boyfriend and I stayed in while traveling throughout Italy and France. I am sorry to say it was the worst experience of the trip. The staff was horrific. They were mean, rude and unhelpful. If you are American do not stay here. I wish we could get our money back.

Ottima l'ubicazione ai limiti del centro storico, non viene però detto nella descrizione che l'albergo si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, rendendone impossibile l'accesso ai disabili e difficoltoso ad anziani ed a chi ha bagagli voluminosi. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato era didimensioni molto limitate, come il bagno. Si può sopportare per una notte, ma non certo per periodi più lunghi. La colazione scarsa e con brioche preconfezionate e stantie. Il prezzo concordato ( 59 Euro) può essere considerato equo per la posizione e per i tempi in cui viviamo, ma l'albergo non merita un euro in più di questi, considerando che il prezzo massimo esposto arriva a 180 euro.

The room was very clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The location was also good, only a 10 minute walk from the train station.

chambres tres mal insonnorisées trops de bruits dans les couloirs .hotel situé au deuxiéme étage sans ascenseur.parking 28 euro la nuit pas d'accés voiture dans la rue de l'hotel donc impossible de décharger les bagages.le petit déjeuner est industriel sans recherche de saveur.nous sommes trés déçu par cet hotel
