lindo hotel la verdad un poco alejado del centro pero tiene parking y en el centro seguramente no ubiesemos conseguido uno asi que esta bien

The hotel was very nice, clean, and the room were very spacious! In particular the relationship between price and quality was excellent! Should we return to Florence we'd definitely stay at this hotel again!

This is clearly not a 4 star hotel. There was no room service, no evening meal, no good restaurant in walking distance and the staff were unfriendly and offish. The hotel was a good 15 minutes from the actual airport by taxi. We understood there was a bus transfer included but this was not the case. We will not be staying there again.

I have stayed at the hotel before, and I find it an excellant place to stay waiting for flights out of Florence airport. Plan to book rooms at the hotel in the future.

Service was virtually nonexistent; no curb to drive up and drop luggage, no dedicated parking, no help at all with handling the luggage, small rooms with a lot of noise coming from adjacent rooms (at 4:30 am) and apartments on the floor above (after midnight). The only advantage this hotel has is that it is close (within 2 km) to the airport, but there are several others that are closer. I can't believe it has four stars. Service is clearly not part of the equation.
